Guest guest
Ok! Thanks .I feel like there is so much to learn about living on T3-only, having AF and Hypothyroidism Type 2 and everything. I stress every day with food. This evening I had nothing in my fridge but lots of salad, mushrooms and eggs. So I made eggs with mushrooms. Ok, I realize this is not a debate for this group.12 weeks minimum, that's right. I read that on Nicks website earlier but forgot about it.It'll be exciting to see the changes. The first that that changed, and it's probably the onlychange so far, is the fog in my brain. It's better now. I mean, from day one on T3-only, Ifelt more "clear" in my thoughts and vision. Guest guest
Yes it si very possible., You are removing the SOURCE of the RT3 so more is not being created and that lowers adrenal stress instantly. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/
Guest guest
The source of rT3 can be synthetic T4 (or any T4), indeed. But what if it's stress, and alsofood that's creating rT3? I was fine on T4/T3-meds until I suffered from a massive physicaltrauma. After this, the very symptom I have right NOW (pressure on my chest/heart)appeared. I haven't felt this symptom very often since I removed my T3-med. Now, I dounderstand that HC and Iron needs to be taken in adequate amounts to fix adrenals, and the Ferritin-status. But it doesn't make it any easier for me at this moment. The pressure is so horrible. Yes it si very possible., You are removing the SOURCE of the RT3 so more is not being created and that lowers adrenal stress instantly

Does that make any sense? With that timing you will have had the peak and then be slidiing back down the other side, this is indicating that it may be a hypo symptom. How long have you been on 15 of T3 for now? Nick

Guest guest
This is day 4 of 15 mcg, in a row. I was on 15 a few days last week, but went down to 10 mcg cause of the pressure.Yeah. I realize that the pressure can be low T3, or high T3 - depending on my HC dose/Ferritin-status.But I am not sure. I just took T3 again now at 11 pm and i the pressure got worse afterI took T3. So who knows? All this guessing and oblivious uncertainty... It's not good for the nerves! > >Just got pressure on my heart/tightness in the heart/chest, and it started like 3-4 hours after >I took T3. Does that make any sense? Guest guest
I do not believe I have ever heard of foods causing Rt3. But high cortils YES absolutely. Low ferritin all the time. and poorly absorbed natural thyroid or natural thyroid while in a state of adrenal dysfunction YES. Some of us wil never knwo the cause of our Rt3 issues. Fo rme, Inulin seem so tpromote it , but I ma VERY happy to just stay on JUST T3 the rest of my life, that is how strongly I believe we do nto need T4. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/

Guest guest
An episode from this night:I am lying awake at 3 am trying to sleep. I am very sleepy and tired and ready for sleep.Ok, so I pushed myself to stay awake a few hours extra. Not good. BUT, I was lying inmy bed with a much lower pulse than normal. Usually my pulse is at maybe 80 or evenmore when I try to sleep. Now it was at about 45. I felt it was slow, so I was too afraid tofall asleep. I did fell asleep soon enough. Is it low cortisol or low T3 that makes my pulse so slow? Now it's at 60+Subject: Re: Re: Help - Heart just started beating VERY slowly and IRREGULARLYTo: RT3_T3 Date: Sunday, December 27, 2009, 10:56 AM No you should try to not tak emore unles oyu have low cortisl symptoms.
