Guest guest
I take 2000 mg of omega 3, capsules, every day. After you started with the oil, did you see your blood value of hematocrite? what's it called in engelish? - go down? I take fish oil to thin my blood. I use 3T. of Carlon's lemon flavored fish oil or cod liver oil because it's a lot more potent that the gel caps. --Irene > Aspirin. Well. Aren't there any natural alternatives to fix this?

Guest guest
I am afraid to overdose with Iron. Is there a risk for that? How does that work? I know ironis something men don't usually need. And the risk for a clot increases with every mg or iron you raise. If my Ferritin is at 65 while on 50-75 mg iron, can I possibly overdose myself so that it becomes lethal?Right now my temp is 37.0 C (98.6 F) and pulse is: 80And I feel like my head is gonna explode. What can I do? Run to the ER who will laugh at me or what?

Guest guest
Well I just got back from the ER. They ran Sodium, Chloride and Potassium, Ferritin, FT3, FT4 and TSH. I only got the electrolyte labs;Sodium: 138 (135 - 144)Chloride: 100 (100 - 110)Potassium: 3.9 (3.6 - 4.6)What do you make out of this, ? Is it bad having such a low Chloride?I don't know how fast the electrolytes are fluctuating, but I drank about 1 liter of water(0.25 gallon) of water with 1 tea spoon of sea salt today prior to feeling worse and worseand finally going to the ER. Now... Could this simply be me needing MORE sea salt?I did drink a few glasses of un-salted water (normal tap water - it's clean in Norway btw!)before I went to the ER. But could that have lowered my Sodium? I have, like I said, noidea how fast the electrolytes are changing.I still have a bad headache. They didn't do any checkes on me, nothing, except taking thatone blood sample. The doc will call me in a few hours (it's midnight here now) with therest of the results. High pulse generally indicates you NEED sodium.

Guest guest
So I will just have to keep drinking my 1 tea spoon of sea salt daily? Or more?Just got two more results:Today 30/12: White blood cells: 10.1 ( 3.5 - 8.8)From 16/12: White blood cells 9.5 (3.5 - 8.8)Today 30/12: Neutrophiles: 7.0 (don't have the range!)So I guess I have some kind of i infection somewhere? It feels like it's in my head. What do I do about this? I don;t klnow how bad it si but both sodium an potassium are a bit low and sea salt will help bring the chloride up too. Guest guest
Looks like oyu could use a bit mroe and potassium. One will not help wihtout the other.
