I have a question about my HC/T3/Iron dosing!Can I do it like this? (I would like to get up at 9, but that's So Early that I fear I will be toosleepy in the evening to do ANYTHING in the evening after 7-8 pm if I get up at this time!)10:30 am: 10 mg HC11:00 am: 5 mcg T32:30 pm: 7.5 mg HC3:00 pm: 5 mcg T34:00 pm: 50 mg Amino Ferrochel Iron6:30 pm: 7.5 mg HC9:00 pm: 2.5 mg HC9:30 pm: 5 mcg T310:30 pm: 50 mg Amino Ferrochel IronThe reason for why there is more than 4 hours in between my second and third (last) doseof T3, is because I take iron 1 hour after the second dose and have to wait 4 hours fromwhen I take the iron. And, I don't want to take the T3 before I take my last dose of HC.HC is backing my body up so I can tolerate T3 better.Please make improvements to my schedule if necessary.Thanks!

My head feels like it's growing, my cheeks feels like they're getting fatter, my eyelids are heavy, my eyes are sore, I feel infected in my nose/head, and I feel sensitive in my teeth. I feel like my whole head is burning inside. Like I want to chop it off.I just took my second doses of HC and T3 now. We will see of I feel any difference in the coming hour. Ok. I'll stick to this plan then. I have wondered about splitting HC into 5 doses though. Like;10, 7.5, 5.0, 2.5 and 2.5.I also wonder when I should add more T3. Guess I have to check my Ferritin first, huh.

I feel extremely bad today: Headache. My face feels extra bloated. And I juts have an overall rotten feeling in my whole body.Now, I did drink 2 teaspoons of sea salt yesterday. Maybe it's too much?I did go to bed at 4 am and fell asleep at 4:30, woke up at 11-12ish. Can this be the causeof why I feel so bad today?I also wonder if AF patients on HC have a higher risk of blood clotting than others. I rarely ever move my body. I don't want to get a clot in my brain or something... I know my blood isthick, at the top of the range or above it. What do you call that value? We call it "Hematokrit". (To measure the thickness of the blood) - Why is my blood so thick?

Yeah, it IS hard to tell. I shall try 1 tea spoon a day then. My face and especially my lips looked very swollen this morning when I looked in the mirror in the bathroom.My head feels like a metallic hand is holding my brain tight, squeezing it, pulling on it.Aspirin. Well. Aren't there any natural alternatives to fix this? I take 400 IU Vitamin E daily. Maybe I should take more - Won't that make my blood thinner? My blood is at 50%, it should be between 40% and 50% in thickness. Sometimes it's more than 50% too.Or maybe I just feel like this and get bloated like this because I take too much HC.From:

symoptom they have on it being too much HC, 95% of those people are nto

taking enough. Taking too little creates WAY more symptoms than taking

I understand. We need to take more HC than the adrenals are producing themselves to make them rest. I am at 27.5 mg HC. Maybe I should up it to 30 mg today. I've been at27.5 mg HC daily for more than a week now.Iron is at 100 mg daily, 50 mg split in two, dinnertime and midnight. (6 hours apart).What I see is that when I take 100 mg iron, my bowels get blackish (but still all too soft).Does that mean I can't take 100 mg iron daily?I also find it impossible to take my HC at the same times every day. Fell asleep at 4:30am, woke up at 11:30 am. Took my first dose of HC at 12:30, instead of 10 am. So nowI'm skewing the schedule. Hopefully just for one day. that will help thin the blood, blood is mostly water. And garlic is a very good

blood thinner as well as Fish oils. for the vitamin E ,it would be safe to take

Dark stools on iron is a natural thing but maymean you are not absorbing

it well. You might try a differnt brand and you stil need MORE than

100mg a day to raise it.

I take fish oil to thin my blood. I use 3T. of Carlon's lemon flavored fish oil

or cod liver oil because it's a lot more potent that the gel caps. --Irene
