Guest guest
You cannto guess about potassium. Over range is DNGEROUS. Even a little. The only way to knwo about potasisum levels is gettign an electrolyte panel. Whne I was adjusting my pottassium supplements i tested every two weeks for about 3 months. Now I just retest every other month to make certain things are not changing. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/

Guest guest
I have not heard these sy,mptoms from too much HC. FIRST thing that shows up with high cortils is HIGH Bp and fluid reteniton. Swollen hands. Guest guest
Ok so with 27.5 mg HC it's just imåossible that I take too much yes?I have seen my face and tummy get fatter as I raise my HC from 0 up to 20, then 27.5 mgdaily. Is it normal when you take HC to see Cushings symptoms like this?To me it seems impossible to judge potassium and electrolytes cause they can changeso fast. I never had over the top of the potassium though. So I guess I can just continueto eat and drink what I do now and see similar results, OR do potassium change whenI take more HC / drink more sea salt?Subject: Re: Re: Help - Heart just started beating VERY slowly and IRREGULARLYTo: RT3_T3 Date: Thursday, December 24, 2009, 1:09 PM I have not heard these sy,mptoms from too much HC. Guest guest
My Vitamin D has been very low so I have added 1000 iu, then 2000 iu, up to 4000 iu daily. Now I take 2000 iu daily because I am afraid of high calcium levels. I take D3, of course. My temp is normal now: 37.0 C (98.6 F) and my pulse is at 76.When I upped to 15 mcg T3 yesterday, not much happened. But I did feel horrible beforeI took those last 5 mcg T3. Didn't get better from taking those last 5 mcgs.I do feel stressed. Maybe because it's Christmas. Marry Christmas everyone!POTASSIUM: I am eating a lot of vegetables, and they all seem to have potassium in them. Now i will eat beef with 1/2 red pepper. Lots of potassium. How can I avoid getting a lot of potassium when it's in everything I eat? When I did my electrolyte panel on the 16th (as you can read in my previous post!)I felt bad, as usual. But I feel worse now. I can't do electrolytes now. GP is closed, andthe ER hate me. They think I'm a mental case.T. > >But my shape is really getting worse. Guest guest
Thanks for telling me about the circle again Nick. I know about it. And I hate it. And I get that,I am sure. But I get that for a reason. Fear doesn't appear in my head because I am a fruit. It's because of 18 years of health issues, since the age of 13. The last 2 years have beenhell. But, sadly, lately, I've become worse. Better in ONE way (clarity in the head - mythoughts are a bit cleared!) but mostly I've only gotten more bloated, and the pressureon the chest and the other heart symptoms are only increasing. The worse feeling I can get is this one: There is NO hope. Nothing I do works. I only get worse and worse: Excellent fuel for my vicious circle of fear, huh. What would you eat with a 200 gram steak, Nick? >Pulse: 76 >Temp: 36.6 C (97.8 F) - I did drink cold water 10 minutes ago so I guess the real temp is higher.
