Guest guest
I have not read all the posts that go with this, but are you supplementing with Potassium? You can take too much and that is very dangerous. I'm an RN, and know the dangers. I was supplementing with Potassium and noticed very similar problems. Bad headache. My heart was beating hard, irregularly and would just stop and then kick back in real hard. I had dangerously high potassium levels. If you are taking it, stop!!! Watch your dietary potassium intake, apples, bananas, etc. and get your levels checked. Too much potassium can cause death by such irregular rhythms that your heart just stops. Again, I have not read > > > > The slow irregular heart beat is hypo and the thyroid trying ot get into > > the cells wiht the iron. Low iron is known to cause these issues as it= > > hypothyroid. The y are NOT dangerous, btu do feel very scary. I used to > > have them all the itme. >

Guest guest
How can one possibly know how much potassium one is getting? I eat 2 apples every dayand an occational banana. I also eat a lot of cucumber and tomatoes. They all have potassium, right? When I check my potassium in serum, it's always towards the top but never over it.And it has to be a lot over the top range before it gets dangerous. Right? It's just impossible to guess how the electrolytes look every day.I do not take potassium supplements.Subject: Re: Help - Heart just started beating VERY slowly and IRREGULARLYTo: RT3_T3 Date: Thursday, December 24, 2009, 2:38 AM I have not read all the posts that go with this, but are you supplementing with Potassium? Guest guest
The only eletroclyte I am supplementing with is sodium in the form om sea salt.If one gets too much sodium, can one get too low of any of the other electrolytes?Today in christmas eve , I just feel horrible1 Pain in my chest (not that typical pressure tho!) and it's difficult to inhale properly.Right now, after christmas shopping for 30 minutes with utter stress and skipping of heartbeats, and difficulties inhaling, I feel EXTREMELY bad,.I feel stressed, weak, TIRED and sleepy, and there is a certain pressure on my chest. But not like the pressure I had earlier. The worst now is that I can't seem to inhale properly.I really feel like impending doom now.Maybe I am too much HC?OR maybe my body is starting to need a lot more of T3? What doyou think VaL`??Subject: Re: Re: Help - Heart just started beating VERY slowly and IRREGULARLYTo: RT3_T3 Date: Thursday, December 24, 2009, 2:47 AM He is not on potassium. Guest guest
Thanks Nick! I'll think about it!But my shape is really getting worse. Shouldn't it get better with T3-only and HC raises? It's the oposite. What if my body can't tolderate more than 20 mg HC? Then I will NEVER be able to raisemy T3. And that will be the end of me. Or what?I feel so weak now. And my heart is skipping a lot of beats.I did drink sea salt before I went out 1 hour ago. So I cant have too little salt in me?What if it's lack or too much of another elwectrolyte? I can't know that. What do I do then? >I have stopped taking pain killers. Guest guest
My face has grown quite a bit in the past week. Is that from taking more HC, the fact thatI get less and less T3 in me after stopping taking T4, too little or too much sea salt?I feel like going to the ER but I also feel like they can't help me!!
