Guest guest
,To sit like this with a head that feels like it's about to explode, with a fat belly and a fat face (unnatural for me), and with a weakness in the body, plus an extra weakness in the heart, it's just too much. Nobody knows what's wrong with me, and it's driving me crazy. If I could only feel like I "normally do" I would be ok. But this is something extra on top of everything. It's just too much. And who really knows if I take too little or too much HC... It's impossible to say how much I need! I am thinking I take too much HC right now. I could be wrong, of course.T. Guest guest
I'm not at all well-versed in this whole RT3 issue, but if I felt like you do, I'd consider going to the hospital. The severe headache that you describe could be a symptom of something as serious. I had a stroke a couple of years ago that started as a chiropractic adjustment to fix a painful neck, and I learned a really important lesson -- when you feel oddly bad, don't take it lightly. I hope you feel better....lisa>Any advice what I can do? Lower HC? Take more sea salt?>>I also increased my T3 to 15 mcg today.Pulse? Temperature? ??Nick

Guest guest
>Pulse: 72 (normal) >Temp: 36.4 C (like I said, I just ate - cold rice milk won't give us any real temps!) Nothing unreasonable there, a little hypo probably but not vastly. Sometimes people have reported headaches as their metabolisms start coming back to life and they clear after a few days. Have you taken pain killers for itt? Nick
Guest guest
,Thanks for your concern. But I have learned to live with pain. And this new pain in my head, feels like something that is coming to me because of my known conditions. And the doctors here blame everything on 1.) my known conditions and 2.) they say it's all in my head - Because my "known conditions" are not known at all here in Norway, or in many other place sin the world.I seriously don't know what to do. The ER hung up on me last time I called them in desperation!>Any advice what I can do? Lower HC? Take more sea salt?>>I also increased my T3 to 15 mcg today.Pulse? Guest guest
Often when adrenals are weak aldosteorone is low as well. Low aldosterone makes it impossible for your body to retain salt, so sodium falls very quickly after you take it. It is better to take a little in all the water oyou drink for the day than a large amount at once. But a full teaspoon is recommended when trying to get rid of a headache but with 16 ouonces of water to correct for dehydration as well. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/

Guest guest
Yeah I know you meantioned it a while ago. It's better to mix 2 tea spoons of sea salt in a 1.5 liter (about 0.4 gallons) bottle and just zip on that thru the day.I do always salt my meals. Every meal.
