Guest guest
I haven't taken my 25 mg "morning" iron today. If I take it now, I won't be able to take T3 for 4 hours, right? What happens if I take my T3 one hour after I take iron?

Guest guest
I hate feeling like this: Bloated, heavy, slow, just all wrong. And it happened today after the shower. Didn't have much energy before the shower, but after, I'm so done. It's very hard just typing now!The thing that bothers me is that I don't know if I have:Too little HC/Too much HCToo little sea salt in me/To much sea salt in me (or potassium for that matter)Too little T3.. Well, I doubt it's too much T3!My face looks noticeably bigger, and feels bigger too, today, than a few days ago. Why is this happening? Guest guest
The shower thing... that is from low cortisol. It is VERY common ot feel drained aafter a shower especially if it si really warm. This si due ot the fact that adrenals are needed to maintain temps. This will also cause a temp spike which if your cortiosl was good woudl not happen. Try to take showers wiht as close to body temp water as you cna mange and at a time when you can relax for an hour after. Many take them at bedtime. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/
Guest guest
Take your T3 now and wait an hour for the Iron. If oyu take iron first you will lose the benefot of the T3 as it will not be absorbed. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/

Guest guest
This is the temp spike I said would happen after a hot shower. High pulse, take sea salt. Have oyu taken your HC yet? It will help and if oyu still feel weak and have taken it another 2.5mg stress dose may help. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/HypoPets/

Guest guest
That was one of the weakest experiences of my life. The only other thing that comes closewas that time a few weeks ago when I tried to go down from 17.5 to 15.0 mg HC daily. After 3 days, I just had to give up. I got sort of the same symptoms now. Guess it waslow cortisol after that shower! Thanks ! The shower thing... that is from low cortisol. It is VERY common ot feel drained aafter a shower especially if it si really warm. Guest guest
So it's ok to take the second dose of T3 only 2-3 hours after the first dose? Well now it'sbeen almost 4 hours anyway so I can do my second dose now, and do the Iron 1 hourafter that. But then it will be 5 hours in between T3 dose 2 to T3 dose 3 beause of the Iron. This is cool? Take your T3 now and wait an hour for the Iron. If oyu take iron first you will lose the benefot of the T3 as it will not be absorbed. Guest guest
Are you taking a really hot shower? I know sometimes if I do, I feel wiped out afterwards. I think it affects my blood pressure. Or perhaps the higher temps are harder on the adrenals?!?! Guest guest
just gave me the lowdown on cortisol and showers.Actually, I never liked really hot showers. I just like it warm. I guess I will have to watch the temperature next time I shower. But I want to become warm in the shower though - When Iam freezing a bit...Subject: Re: Re: Help - Heart just started beating VERY slowly and IRREGULARLYTo: RT3_T3 Date: Wednesday, December 23, 2009, 3:49 PM Are you taking a really hot shower?
