Congratulations! A December baby! I have two of them :-) Keely was never really affected by my pregnancy, she nursed at least 3-4 times through the night for a few months then gradually cut down. By the time the baby was born, she was only nursing about every other day at bedtime. After the baby was born she started to nurse more though, she nurses about twice a day and it has really helped with engorgement ;-) She can empty a breast really fast. I didn't get nipple pain until the second trimester but it got better during the third.
