Hi all,

It's been awhile since I have even read any messages. I lost my job and feel

into a depressed state. But I am back, I just joined WW, Tonight was my first

night, I weighed in at 201. I hope acually joing the group and the support I

get from you will help. I hope everyone else is good and sucessfully loosing.

For those that don not remeber me, My name is Tonia, I am 27 years old, and live

in Gambrills, land. August 22 will be my 4th weeding aniversary. I have

been with my husband for a total of 10 years as August 25. Just recenantly he

has gone from a non supportive husband, to husband that is trying real hard to

be supportive. Well, thats all for now. I'll post more later.

I'm with you! I get very shaky if I haven't eaten and am a def. boredom

eater. I try to grab water first and wait 10 - 15 min before eating to slow

things down, this seems to work for me.

How can you tell the difference between being hungry and just wanting

to eat? How long were you on program before you learned the

difference?

My Answer:

I try not to let myself get too hungry anymore, because then I am

tempted to just grab whatever. When I am hungry I get a little shaky

feeling and my stomach starts to feel empty and growl. I think I

have always known this but I never paid attention to it before ww. I

am was one of those people that ate out of boredom a lot.
