Guest guest
I've gone from a DDD to a DD or D depending on the bra. I know what you mean. My biggest regret about the surgery is that I didn't know beforehand that I should have gone more distal. ------------------------------------------------ Terry Mayers 5DollarHosting.comT http://www.5dollarhosting.com (877)-838-HOST / .... because it shouldn't cost a fortune to make a fortune! ® Re: Diet lol I have not lost much boobs at all went from DD to a d so far but I have always been chesty . Guest guest
> I have noticed references to ³the diet² in several posts and wonder where I > might find more information on this. Is there a diet to help control AFIB? Hi, Kathleen, Various people think various foods are triggers, but there isn't any universally accepted diet, as far as I know, that helps everyone. Although caffeine and alcohol are generally considered to be triggers for most people. and Angus have had good luck with eliminating dairy products, although it takes several months to see the effect of that if it helps. I am trying it myself, and it is too early to tell if it helps, but I have noticed that I breathe much more easily when I haven't eaten dairy. Sour and spicy foods are suspect by some people. There were some good words said about the South Beach diet recently. Like everything, it seems to be individual, and so requires some experimentation. Is there a diet to help control AFIB? Hello Kat: Here are some of my triggers....dehydration and a low magnesium level, store bought bbq'd chicken(it has msg and lots of salt) salty meals in restaurants combined with very hot coffee, regular coffee and tea and sometimes cookies. I try not to have ice in my drinks OR ice cream. I also try to stay away or limit my milk intake but not cheese but I do have very small portions of ice cream occasionally. It is strange but so far theobromine(most people erroneously call it caffeine) in milk chocolate is not a trigger but the larger amount of the stimulant in dark chocolate does make me have some palpitations, so I do avoid it. I am able to have a half a bar of chocolate almost everyday. On days that are going to be loaded with work, emotion and stress I avoid wheat, fat, chocolate and anything else I think might be a trigger. When in doubt I leave it out. For the most part it is usually too much wheat, salt, sugar and fat in my diet plus severe anger that is a trigger. I hope that helps, Isabelle > >

Guest guest
> You can still get a lot of value by avoiding the worst > foods from the grocer and buying a few organic products where you can > find them. One thing I've noticed is that even mainstream supermarkets are starting to carry some organic stuff, although it may be hidden away in a corner or two. It pays to ask the manager if they have it. What I notice is an organic produce area, and Amy's frozen foods (dinners and smaller items). These were in both Safeway (a large California chain) and in the two chains I shop in since I moved to RI (Stop and Shop and Dave's.) Of course, if you're lucky enough to live near a Whole Foods, you've reached organic nirvana. Currently I'm an hour away from a Whole Foods, and still looking for a closer store other than the chains.
