If you want to read some really good stuff on inflammation, its effect on different body systems, and ways to combat it nutritionally, go to www.lef.org and look up their protocol for " inflammation, chronic " . Lots and lots of good reading there. I actually bought a copy of their " big yellow book " for my doctor, who thinks it's great.
