Steph,

A good and cheap liver Detox.

Buy 3 bottles of Magnesium Citrate lemon flavor the best, bag of organic grapefruit, and organic Olive Oil.

that's all the ingredients.

Heres the schedule:

Dont eat or drink anything after 2:00

so breakfast you will eat oatmeal plain

lunch eat a salad plain or some lemon juice on it, baked potato No butters or Fat

Eat plenty of organic apples and juice fresh apple juice for the colon.

2:00 Stop eating and drinking

6:00 Drink 3/4 cup of magnesium citrate

8:00 Drink 3/4 cup of magnesiuim citrate

10:00 have ready juiced 3/4 cup of grapefruit and mix 1/2 cup Olive Oil and drink.

Lay down immediately on your back side and try to lay still for 20 minutes with your head propped up on 2 pillows.

Upon awakening after 6:00a.m. Drink 3/4 cup of magnesium citrate

2 hours later drink 3/4 cup of magnesium Citrate this is your 4th dose.

2 hours later eat fresh fruit and juice .

2 hours later eat a salad no dressing only lemon juice and apple cider vinegar on it . I fill my salad with lots of different veggies.

You will have diarrhea up until the next day drink plenty of water. YOu will see floating on top of the toilet water florescent green or tan balls dont be alarmed this is gall stones coming out with the yeast inside the balls that died off inside you earlier.

YOu can do these cleanses every 2 weeks.

Yes you can take your thyroid pill or probiotic in the AM only. I think coffee enemas are cheaper and more effective than colonics. With colonics it takes a lot longer where coffee enemas pulls the toxins out of the whole colon the first time and the rest just keeps working its way down to the colon again.. I prefer the coffee enemasI think people are finding out colonic is over rated. I think a money scam.

it take you? Also, I've never done a coffee enema before. How do you

do them? Right now as far as detoxing I do the ionic foot baths and

far infrared sauna. Also, what's a good liver detox?

Is there any other type of a liver detox? I don't do good with

drinking anything that doesn't taste good. I'll end up throwing up.

Hi Steph,I know this is for , but since she's at the game, I thought I'd answer. I ended up buying an enema bucket instead of a bag because it's easier to clean and it's only $2.95! http://www.allegromedical.com/personal-care-c532/1500-cc-calibrated-enema-bucket-p176346.htmlAlso, it's clear. This way you can see exactly how much is going in. It also dries more quickly than a bag because it's more open.As far as making the coffee, I use a glass tea kettle I got from Bed, Bath & Beyond or Linens 'N Things (about $7). This way the coffee is more sterile because it doesn't touch a paper filter or the plastic from the coffee maker. I just boil 3 T organic coffee in distilled water for 15 minutes. Let cool. Then I strain it over a little strainer and do the do!Seriously, I thought it was weird, gross, everything...until the 2nd or 3rd time I did it. For me, it seems to be one of the most effective things I do. On the days I do them I have much more energy and mental clarity...who'd have thought!? Love, PH

Hi PH, Have you heard of a lymphatic drainage massage? Someone I work

with said that it's great for detoxing. If it's worth it I want to

have one done.

Hi Steph,

I've had lymphatic massage with a suctioning lymphatic machine. Felt

great and I think it was probably beneficial. It was too expensive

though and I had to give it up. I wish I could still do it because I

have swollen lymph nodes that could use some extra TLC. I've read

You could try a big dose of laxative (Ducolax?) - but you'd still have to get the olive oil and lemon or grapefruit juice down. Some doctors recommend the pill form, rather than liquid.

Yes I make the coffee in my coffee pot but i use a unbleached filter that I buy at meijer's store.

Bleach is not good on your bowls........and its easier to clean up ......I run water through the enema bag

and wash the nozzle I insert in my rectal .That's is all. Make sure you let the coffee cool to at least

to body temperature because hot coffee up your rectal..........OOOOcchhhhhhhhhhhhhh!

Trust me I did it....no different than pouring hot coffee on your hand. I use a old glass 16oz. juice jar to

measure my water to pour in the pot so I know I have a quart of coffee. When coffee is done in the pot

I pour the coffee back into the jar and set it outside to cool and then upstairs to the bathroom I go

to pour into my bag.

No fuss No mess.

I did other detoxes in liquid form tasted a lot more nastier than this one I gave you.

Yeh there is pill form ..........????do they work ......I have tried a lot of them and NO they didn't

work for me. I pinch my nose to drink bad stuff. This does get easier once you are away

from sugar for a while.

Did you try mixing the Olive Oil in juice like pink grapefruit or lemons. This makes it a lot easier

plus you dont want to put more strain on detoxing the stuff you just put in you .........When other areas in your body need it the most. I looked up Ducolax and its definitely not in my or God plan for detoxing.

You need to get Dr. Colberts book ......You dont want to rely on on laxatives either. Your body

because accustom to this. NOT GOOD....

I've never heard of any . . .

Coffee enemas may be your best bet.

You could try a big dose of laxative (Ducolax?) - but you'd still have to get the olive oil and lemon or grapefruit juice down. Some doctors recommend the pill form, rather than liquid.

I found that goes down better with a straw . . . Keeps much of it off the tongue.

Its suppose to make you feel awful that the bad stuff coming out.

There is nothing good about a cleanse but only to your body. It

doesn't matter if your regular on going to the bathroom ..........it is in

the air, food and water. Most people dont think about the air they breathe.

But that is good enough for me to do a cleanse. And regardless sick or not

you should do a cleanse twice a year. Its biblical and if God said it I am

doing it I like being blessed dont you.

I've got directions for a coffee enema in our files section. I was

told by my naturopathic doctor not to use a coffeemaker, but the brew

the organic coffee on the stovetop, then use a strainer to filter it

out.

After boiling the coffee for 15 min, it is usually less than the

quart I started out with, so I add cold water back in to make a full

quart. This usually cools it down enough to a comfortable temperature.

When you insert the coffee, and lay on your right side. You should

try to hold it for 15 min. Sometimes I just can't hold it the whole

time, but I try.

I agree with , the coffee enemas make me feel so good.

I'd be very careful about using anything other than magnesium

citrate, real fiber, or epsom salts for laxatives.

Sweet Dede,

Thanks for your prayers .........Tomorrow it will all be over with and I have bought more colon cleansings,

liver detoxes and extra coffee. I am ready and prepared myself to get better as soon as I heal up from surgery. I have my whole house cleaned and the grocery shopping done so all my husband has to do is

do laundry and pick up the son from school. I am making him a dinner tonight so all he has to do is heat it up for tomorrow. I am trying to think of everything.

This came on so fast.

Girl, sounds like you are definately prepared !

It did come on very fast, yet you have waited so

long not knowing why you were still so ill.

I cant wait to find out what all she finds in there

when she does the surgery. Be sure and ask for

a copy of the op report and any labs.
