The charcoal hasn't gone thru her yet, probably tomorrow. You might see some black or gray but one capsule usually isn't enough to cause black poops. Yes, she does have yeast. I gave the charcoal around 7:30, she moved her bowels about 3 hours later, it wasn't black. Light brown, mushy with lots of peaks....... boy that is gross!!!!! If the stools aren't black does that mean it wasn't effective? I gave her 1 capsule = 260mg, I opened the capsule and added it to about 3 oz water. I will tell you one thing, the stimming and hyperactivity is terrible right now. She is even spinning which I haven't seen in a long time. She is trying to chew on cardboard and paper towels like they are gum!!!! I think this is going to be a late night....Any thoughts??

When my son first started his protocol he had bad die off initially and the charcoal helped. The stimming lasted a couple of days but the next day I noticed his stomach was not distended anymore and he didn't seem as irritable. the poop you discribed also could be the die off and toxins coming out. Even though he takes charcoal his poops arn't always black..

minutes or so, how can you tell that it is working? Does it cause a bowel

All those issues seem to have gotten worse shortly after I gave the charcoal?? She moved her bowels twice, the 2nd time there was some black/gray in the stool, that was @ 2am. Today she still seems very stimmy and needy. I just wish I knew for sure that this was die off from the OoO. At least I would feel like we were working toward something. Dropping off a urine specimen today to rule/out a UTI. I don't know. It is such a full time job with mandatory overtime!!!!!

an hour after everything at the end of the night and I normally give it to my

son (21 months) in a bottle of milk. He's still waking up though at night

and I was wondering if I should give it to him earlier in the night then his

last things are his cell max and probiotics...

So why 2 hours after? Should I be doing that????

my son just turned 5, and he chews it. Also make sure to give (at least), 8 oz. glass of water every 2 hours to help flush out the toxins...epsom salt baths, help with die off, as does, ibuprofen (dye free -- compounded is best.)

I saw some grayish/dark stool that night, nothing since until just right now most of her stool was black and partially formed?? She never has formed stools, always mush. My question is does this indicate something that it has taken all this time to work its way through?? or is this common? Could it mean the gut is really "bad" that it took all this time to show up?? Still new to this charcoal thing, any input would be appreciated.
