I was a family adoption and raised white - I don't have much paper proof - I do have the original birth certificate with family court stamps - the hospital is long gone - no one is alive to get more information.

I love all the P names. Prudent,Piper,phoebe, and page. My oldest is

Payshunce(pay-pay for short) we spelled it diferently because is

pronounced different. Not like patient. Plus we wanted her nickname to

be Pay instead of Pat or Patty.

We have a Piney and Vada from OK. We also have an Essie from OK and one from Georgia. Neither went by their first names. I like it. It's "sweet". We have Ouida and Maylor, too. Maylor hated her name and went by Clyde. They were both Georgians. Noaph was from Wash or CA. I can't remember now.
