Guest guest
Krista,About 3600 mgs. a day . . . That's ten of the size capsules I have. Stay at 3600 for 16 days. . . You should be using probiotics by then. Garden of Life Primal Defense is excellent. . . . There are others that work too though. Kefir, yogurt and sauerkraut are probiotic foods.Hugs,Rogene
Guest guest
Well that definitely explains it. When it ruptured, all of that crap was released into your system. Guest guest
That's the exact reason why I got them and I feel the same way. My hubby loves me for me and that's all that matters. Too bad we didn't think this wise years ago...we could've saved a lot of money! It cost me more to have them removed than put in! > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > Krista ~ > > > > > > > > > > > Are you taking magnesium with calcium and D? > > > > > > > > > > > If so, how much? > > > > > > > > > > > Hugs Dede > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > **************************************Check out > > AOL's > > > > list > > > > > > of 2007's > > > > > > > > > >hottest > > > > > > > > > > > products. > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > >(<http://money.aol.com/special/hot-products-2007? > > > > > NCID=aoltop00030000000001>http://money.aol.com/special/hot- > > products- > > > > > 2007?NCID=aoltop00030000000001) > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > >
Guest guest
Yeah- I think it does explain a lot for me. I have an appointment on Saturday morning for the foot bath. Wish me luck! Guest guest
Mine too. He still doesn't believe that it works. I didn't have the aches anymore tonight...I actually had a lot more energy than I've had in the past few days. Last night was the worst but it passed. It's just our body's way of healing. Guest guest
My husband didn't really want me to get them either, but by the time I met him, they were already paid for, the appointment was set and so was my mind! He really didn't have a choice in the matter because we were only dating. Looking back, he would've married me with or without them so it didn't really matter. But, I was convinced that I needed them to keep him happy. Not true at all! I like my itty bitties too! And, yes you are absolutely right, sometimes I think that is my lesson in all of this too. My biggest lesson being that the things God has given me in my life FAR outweigh having large breasts. ~Krista > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > Krista ~ > > > > > > > > > > > > Are you taking magnesium with calcium and D? > > > > > > > > > > > > If so, how much? > > > > > > > > > > > > Hugs Dede > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > **************************************Check out > > > AOL's > > > > > list > > > > > > > of 2007's > > > > > > > > > > >hottest > > > > > > > > > > > > products. > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > >(<http://money.aol.com/special/hot-products-2007? > > > > > > NCID=aoltop00030000000001>http://money.aol.com/special/hot- > > > products- > > > > > > 2007?NCID=aoltop00030000000001) > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > >
Guest guest
Wow, we pretty much did the same thing. Guest guest
My hubby didn't really try and talk me out of it, I think he was scared I'd dump him! Plus, I think he figured it wouldn't have done any good, which it probably wouldn't have! He's always just supported me in my decisions which I am thankful for. He hasn't really seen the new breasts yet because there is still tape all over them. Hopefully, they don't shock him at how small they are! Oh well, the good thing for you and I is that we haven't had children yet, so I guess we still have hope that they'll get a little bigger with children, aging and putting on a little weight. Guest guest
Yes, thanks for asking Rogene. Most of the aches went away. I did experience some fatigue throughout the day but I did fine. I did notice my hair is acting up again. When I brush it, I see more is in the brush. Would you reccommend anything for that? > > Stephie, > > How did you do yesterday? . . . Guest guest
Stephie, I'm glad to hear you're feeling better! . . . a good milestone! Your hair should start improving as the rest of your body does better ... The way I see it, the body is directing its energy towards things are are more important . . . Hair just isn't at the top of its priorities. It's a bummer, but if you're like most of the women, it will grow back. You might do an online search for things that help . . . I don't know if you're coloring your hair or not . . . If so, you may want to stop for the time being. . . Wrapping your head with a hot towel may stimulate blood flow to your scalp. That's just a hunch though. Hugs, Rogene
Guest guest
Hi Stephie, I used grapeseed extract for brain fog but I didn't notice much difference. When I first became ill I was actually at another forum, www.breastimplantsupport.org and one woman mentioned that her hair grew back full and shiny just from using the grapeseed extract. I didn't stick with that forum because I just seemed to get more information from this one. A lot of people get grapeseed extract mixed up with grapefruit seed extract, so make sure you ask for the right one at Whole Foods. Grapeseed is an antioxidant that promotes brain function while Grapefruit seed extract is a natural antifungal. Love, PH > > > > Stephie, > > > > How did you do yesterday? . . . Guest guest
I do get it highlighted but I haven't in a while. I'm trying to find something that will help it but haven't been successful yet. I was actually out all afternoon with my husband shopping and then we went out for lunch! Guest guest
Stephie, Hair doesn't respond very quickly . . . It may start, or stop, falling out rather quickly. But new hair growth takes a while before it's noticable. I know it's not what you want to hear . . . but please be patient . . . Stressing over things is going to delay your healing. Your body needs all its energy for healing. I bet your hubby was happy to see his wife out and about! It's going to keep getting better! . . . Just know that occasionally you'll have a not-so-good day . . . but they'll get further and further apart as you learn how your body wants to be treated. Guest guest
Hi Stephie, I think what will make it grow back is just getting rid of the toxins and eating a pure diet. Supplements may help too but I can't say definitively which ones. My hair eventually started coming back a month or two after surgery. It's still not where I want it to be but I think it just takes time for the hormones to get straightened out. Patty mentioned honemade kefir as helping the texture of her hair. Guest guest
Hey Steph- I am feeling a little bit better. We had another couple over for Thanksgiving yesterday, which was a lot of fun. Having them here made me forget all about my problems for a few hours so that was really nice. The aches and pains seem to be getting better. I'm still dealing with the fatigue, the just kinda " sick " feeling, and also nausea. This morning, my hubby and I tried to go out and go shopping, but I got really nauseous. We made it through 2 stores and that was just too much for me. I came home and took something for the nausea, but it knocked me out, so I took a couple hour long nap. I think I am getting better, but some days or bad some are okay, so it's still hard to tell. Sounds like you are doing a lot better. Got some shopping done and went out to lunch! Sounds great! Keep it up! I'm doing the foot bath tomorrow, so I'm hoping that helps me some. Guest guest
I wish it did respond quicker! He was happy and it really took my mind off of things. I don't have continuing aches and pains, every now and then I'll feel a little pain in one of my arms, then it'll stop. > > Stephie, > > Hair doesn't respond very quickly . . > > Hugs, > > Rogene >
Guest guest
Steph- I am not doing any supplements right now except I am going to start the capryclic acid for the fungal issues. I think if you are eating a healthy diet and make sure you have a good multi-vitamin, then you don't need to load yourself up with a lot of supplements. Your hair should be fine in a few months. Seems like everyone on the forum had problems with their hair and it corrected itself with a good diet and detox. Just continue with what you are doing. Sounds like you are making a fast recovery, so you start start noticing changes with your hair soon too. ~Krista > > > > > > > > > > > > Stephie, > > > > > > > > > > > > How did you do yesterday? . . . Guest guest
One of my friends reccommended taking pre natal vitamins. I may look into taking those as a vitamin. > > > > > > > > > > > > > > Stephie, > > > > > > > > > > > > > > How did you do yesterday? . . .
