Guest guest
Thanks Rogene, Do you think next week is too soon to do another foot bath or should I wait 2 weeks? > > Hi Stephie, > > You really must have a lot of toxins . . . The good news is that they are moving! . . . > > Keep drinking a lot of water for the next few days so you can keep flushing those toxins. > > I doubt that you will ever this bad after a foot bath again . . . With each foot bath, you should react less until you hardly notice them. . . You can reduce the amount of time a little. Of course, that will reduce the amount of toxins you remove. > > This is not the time to get afraid of doing the foot baths . . . It's time to be concerned about how much damage these toxins are doing inside you. Then get them OUT! . . . > > I wish it could be easier . . . Guest guest
Stephie,You should probably be ready in a week . . . The sooner you get the stuff out, the better . . . You may feel a bit puny afterwards, but it shouldn't be as bad as yesterday.Hugs,Rogene
Guest guest
I hope not. I felt like I had the flu last night but I don't have the aches today. Did the thick orange color mean I had toxins in my joints and liver? > > Stephie, > > You should probably be ready in a week . . . The sooner you get the stuff out, the better . . . Guest guest
Stephie,The folks at Ionic Oasis told me the don't have much confidence in what the colors mean . . . It doesn't really matter as long as the garbage is out . . . I'm happy to hear your aches are gone today! . . . You should feel better as the day goes on and you flush out more stuff. Mine was dark brown, almost black! . . . My son's looked like motor oil . . . it wasn't thick, but it looked that way.One of my daughter's friends, who had had chemo, had pitch black water. I think it was a friend of 's whose looked and smelled like motor oil . . . He had been a mechanic for many years. One of our members had really bad constipation . . . The smell drove others out of the room.I'm confident the foamy stuff is fungal . . . those with fungal problems see a lot of it.Rogene
Guest guest
I really didn't think I would feel so lousy afterward. I had aches everywhere and when I woke up this morning it wasn't as bad but for some reason my left shoulder is really sore...I'm not sure why. > > Stephie, > > You should probably be ready in a week . . . Guest guest
I do mine every two to three weeks. I expect to feel crappy for a couple of days but then I feel really good. I hope this passes soon and you feel better tomorrow or even today. Lynn Re: Post-op advice Last night I felt achy, tired, and just completely miserable. Since I had a reaction like this, when do you think I should do another foot bath?> > >> > > Mornin Stephie ~ > > > Honey, be sure and drink lots of water while> > > doing these detox's and take extra minerals.... .> > > The detoxing removes good along with the> > > bad, so you need to take extra and drink lots> > > of water. > > > I am so glad you slept better last night, that> > > is great ! ! > > > Hugs Dede> > > > > > > > > > > > ************ ********* ********* ******** See what's new at > > http://www.aol. com> > >> >>
Guest guest
Steph- A lot of pain is generated through my left shoulder as well. I'm not sure why, but I think I must carry a lot of stress there. Just try and massage and do some light stretching, that always help mine. ~Krista > > > > Stephie, > > > > You should probably be ready in a week . . . Guest guest
The naturopath that I'm seeing says that reflexology is good for that and aches/pain all over the body. I haven't tried it so I don't know too much about it. Maybe it's worth looking into. Where I go it's $55 for a 45 minute session. ---- Krista <seekingthetruthaboutimplants@...> wrote: > Steph- A lot of pain is generated through my left shoulder as well. > I'm not sure why, but I think I must carry a lot of stress there. Guest guest
Thanks Lynn, my goal is to feel better for tomorrow so I can leave my house and eat dinner with my family. > > > > > > > > Mornin Stephie ~ > > > > Honey, be sure and drink lots of water while > > > > doing these detox's and take extra minerals.... . > > > > The detoxing removes good along with the > > > > bad, so you need to take extra and drink lots > > > > of water. > > > > I am so glad you slept better last night, that > > > > is great ! ! > > > > Hugs Dede > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > ************ ********* ********* ******** See what's new at > > > http://www.aol. com > > > > > > > > > >
Guest guest
You could probably find some reflexology charts on the web and massage your own feet. . . When you find a really tender spot, you've hit the mark . . . Just massage it out. I could do a lot of reflexology for $55 an hour! Guest guest
Stephie, It sounds like you might be able to stretch it out . . . gently . . . Try to keep moving today . . . nothing serious . . . just move. Focus on something you enjoy doing rather than your soreness. Pain itself is not going to injure you . . . It's a signal that tells you if you're doing something that is, or may, cause injury. . . As long as you're not in danger, try to ignore it and move on . . . Think of it as preparation for your "golden" years. Hugs, Rogene
Guest guest
I stretched it out a little earlier and had a heating pad on it so it does feel a little better than it did earlier. At least my fatigue isn't here today! I am completely thankful for that! > > Stephie, > > It sounds like you might be able to stretch it out . . . gently . . . > > Try to keep moving today . . . nothing serious . . . just move. > > Focus on something you enjoy doing rather than your soreness. > > Pain itself is not going to injure you . . . Guest guest
One day at a time . . . You're going to get there . . . Just be good to yourself! . . . Give your body what it needs . . . Trust that God will provide the rest.Hugs and prayers,Rogene Re: Post-op advice I stretched it out a little earlier and had a heating pad on it so it does feel a little better than it did earlier.
