Guest guest
Hi Cherie, I think we all feel fatigued. I have to do things in little steps. Today I pushed myself to do laundry and take an epsom salt bath. I want to try to go to Whole Foods but I have to see if I'll have enough energy for that! > > Good morning ladies, > > I myself am very fatigued. Guest guest
Hi Steph and Krista, Are you ladies detoxing at all? I am just eating healthy, had to stop my Threelac due to constipation. I am at work today but pretty useless. I feel exhausted. Did any of your Drs. tell you this was normal? I have never felt like this for this long after a surgery. I wasn't prepared to be so wiped out. I am taking my liquid organic vitamins but its not giving me much energy. Let me know if you ladies try something that helps give you energy and I will do the same for you! Hugs to you! Cherie > > > > Good morning ladies, > > > > I myself am very fatigued. Guest guest
Hi Cherie, I've been doing the epsom salt baths which pulls the toxins out of your body. I have an appointmnet scheduled for tomorrow to have an ionic foot bath session. If you find something that helps with the fatigue let me know! My husband is going to buy the book The Maker's Diet The Shopper's Guide. It has alot of recipes in it. I was prescribed Diflucan for fungal infections so I'm taking that and grape seed extract which boost the immune system. I also ordered the detox foot patches which I'm going to try from home. You leave them on the bottom of your feet overnight and when you wake up you take them off. I also want to try the infrared sauna which I heard is great. My dr. didn't tell me that I would feel so fatigued. > > > > Hi Cherie, I think we all feel fatigued. I have to do things in > > little steps. Guest guest
Cherie- No, I haven't started any detoxing yet. I don't feel like I much energy to do much of anything right now. I've been really fatigued, nauseous, and achy. I just trying to eat a good diet and get plenty of rest for now. I would like to try the foot bath in the next few weeks, or months, depending on if I feel up to it. I'm also going to start the CA, since my spit test came up positive. My body is so out of whack right now that I just don't want to confuse it further, so I think I am just going to stick to the diet for now. ~Krista > > > > > > Good morning ladies, > > > > > > I myself am very fatigued. Guest guest
Look at all of the symptoms of a Candida infection: Allergies and allergy symptoms, chemical sensitivities. Anxiety, Hyperactivity, Attention Deficit Disorder. Avoiding food helps to alleviate symptoms. Chronic inflammation and irritation of the eye and conjunctivae. Diarrhea, chronic gas, and abdominal cramps alleviated by bowel movements, Irritable Bowel Syndrome. Extreme lethargy. Eye fatigue. Facial rash. Frequent urination. Frequent yeast infections in women. High sugar or mold foods drastically increase symptoms. Hives. Inflammation of the hair follicles (candidiasis folliculitis) of various parts of the body (feet, legs, arms). Lactose intolerance. Muscle weakness and bone pain. Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. Panic attacks. Psoriasis/seborrheic dermatitis/dandruff, dry, itchy skin. Rectal itching. Sinus problems. Swollen lips/face. Symptoms worse after waking. White tongue and a white coating Isn't that crazy? I've noticed that my face looks a little puffy lately. > > > > > > Hi Cherie, I think we all feel fatigued. Guest guest
Gretchen also reccommended a supplement called Corvelan M which helps with fatigue. She had gotten it from Dr. Kolb. > > > > > > Hi Cherie, I think we all feel fatigued. I have to do things in > > > little steps. Today I pushed myself to do laundry and take an epsom > > > salt bath. Guest guest
Stephie, I don't think doctors can predict who's going to feel fatigued or not . . . A lot depends on your condition going into the surgery . . . I started an 8-hour a day, 5-day week, computer class about five days after explant. . . Never expected to do otherwise. I know my thinking wasn't 100%, but I managed to get through the class just fine. I suspect diet plays a huge role in how quickly one rebounds. Some of our women who worked hard to detox before explant bounced back quickly. Hugs, Rogene
Guest guest
Rogene, what were your symptoms? I'm going to work on detoxing. I'm on the diflucan now, how long do you think I should take it for? I have a month's supply. Tomorrow I have my 1st appt for an ionic foot bath session and I also received the foot patches in the mail today. Also, do you think it's ok to eat an all veggie pizza or no? > > Stephie, > > I don't think doctors can predict who's going to feel fatigued or not . . . > > A lot depends on your condition going into the surgery . . . > > I started an 8-hour a day, 5-day week, computer class about five days after explant. . . Guest guest
Rogene, I tried to detox prior, but my body really fought me. I am watching my diet and doing the best I can. Guest guest
Cherie, From all the reactions you've had, it looks like you have a rip-roaring fungal problem going on . . . I'm not sure waiting to address it is a good idea. On the other hand, being agressive isn't going to work for you either. Personally, my priorities would be diet, foot baths, then addressing fungal issues. As long as you have fungal issues, diet is going to be pretty hard. . . Heavy minerals encourage fungal growth, so addressing them first may help ease the reactions you've had to anti-fungal programs. Constipation with Three Lac is curious though . . . Are you drinking at least eight glasses of water a day? . .. Always drink a lot of water with probiotics. Hugs, Rogene

Guest guest
What kind of detoxing did you do? I would say try it again but take it easy. I'm going to try the foot bath tomorrow so I'll let you know how it is. > > > > Stephie, > > > > I don't think doctors can predict who's going to feel fatigued or > not . . . > > > > A lot depends on your condition going into the surgery . . . > > > > I started an 8-hour a day, 5-day week, computer class about five > days after explant. . . Guest guest
Stephie, My symptoms started with Multiple Chemical Sensitivity shortly after getting implants . . . they gradually expanded to Fibromyalgia, hearing loss, scleroderma, asthma, torn corneas, joint pain, cognitive issues, fatigue, depression . . etc. You really need to be following an antifungal diet while you're taking Diflucan, or any other antifungal, for at matter. . . . . I'd use the Three Lac test to determine how long to take it. . .. However, if you're still not cleared up, I'd try another product. Guest guest
I took Corvalen powder the first few months and it helped immensely with aches and pains. Dr. Kolb said I should take it for life. I quit taking it after the aches and pains went away. Maybe I should start it up again for some more energy. - PH > > > > > > > > > > Good morning ladies, > > > > > > > > > > I myself am very fatigued. Guest guest
Did it also help with fatigue? Where did you get it from? If it helps with fatigue then I definitely want to try it. Guest guest
I don't recall it helping me much with fatigue but I've read it has helped others with fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue. It tastes pretty good too, sort of like lemonade. It does have d-ribose in it which is a form of sugar but I don't think Dr. Kolb would recommend it if it would increase the yeast. I just quit drinking it because I was on so many supplements at the time. I ordered mine from Dr. Kolb. You can search her protocol online and gives a list of recommended supplements. She sells them for 25% less than you can get anywhere else. - PH > > > > > > > > > > > > > > Good morning ladies, > > > > > > > > > > > > > > I myself am very fatigued. Guest guest
Rogene, I think I got so constipated with the Threelac due to maybe taking too much of it, I had been increasing my packets before surgery. Now that I am having daily bowel movements, I will start with one packet a day with lots of water. I am taking pearls again too. As far as my diet, Dr. Huang was very adament with me about no dieting but to eat extremely healthy with fruits and veges, protein and " good " fats due to the fat transfers, she does not want my body to absorb the fat. The one thing I'm not familiar with is the foot baths. Can you share with me the details on what to do what that? Do I need to buy anything? Also how do I go about addressing heavy minerals? Thanks, Cherie > > Cherie, > > From all the reactions you've had, it looks like you have a rip- roaring fungal problem going on . . . Guest guest
Cherie,I'd look to Virgin Coconut Oil for a healthy oil . . . Good right off the spoon, for cooking, or, even for a body lotion or massage. www.tropicaltraditions.comI'd recommend reading www.ionicoasis.com web page thoroughly. . . . I have one of their foot bats. You can see pictures of my foot bath results in the archives (not an ionic oasis unit). They have a contact where you can get heavy metals testing done. I don't know the cost - but I think you would feel better if you knew exactly what you're dealing with. The idea is to get tested before and after doing the foot baths so you know what the foot baths are removing. The story about burning feet is my story. . . Thank God I knew what that meant, or I would never have done another foot bath! It's very important to increase your mineral intake when doing the foot baths because they remove good minerals along with the bad. If you decide you're going to buy one, go to www.ebay.com. Search for "ionic oasis foot bath". You should be able to make an "Offer" for a little less than their "Buy Now" price. That should save you about 50%.I only recently understood the connection between heavy metals and fungal issues. . . From what I understand - PH has more info - fungal organisms are encouraged by the presence of heavy metals. . . Once you buy a foot bath, all you need is Sea Salt. . . They'll send you some for starters. There are a lot of foot baths out there .. . . I'm really impressed with the Ionic Oasis foot bath for several reasons . . . Affordable . . . durable . . . uses tap water. Some foot baths require replacing the arrays much more frequently at a much higher price. The cost of replacement arrays (they will wear out) for the Ionic Oasis is negligible, considering the number of treatments they are good for. To do a foot bath, you fill the pan with warm tap water to the level marked. Add some sea salt. . Put the array in the water. . . .Put your feet in the water . . . and relax. . . Depending on the unit, a treatment lasts from 30-45 minutes. . . However, you're in control. You can vary the intensity of the process by the temperature of the water, the amount of sea salt, and how long you keep your feet in. I've bought two units so far . . . Gave my daughter one. She loves it. She looks and feels better than she has in many years! She has straightened her diet out too. - Didn't have a choice - Diabetes. She had a rip-roaring fungal problem from antibiotics. Caprylic Acid fixed that. Seeing my daughter get better is motivating her hubby to use it now. He scoffed at it initially. My younger son has the other unit. I'll probably give it to him - but as long as he thinks he has to return it, he'll use more often. Hopefully by the time he "returns" it, he will begin seeing the benefits and he can keep it. Re: Post-op advice Rogene, I think I got so constipated with the Threelac due to maybe taking too much of it, I had been increasing my packets before surgery. Now that I am having daily bowel movements, I will start with one packet a day with lots of water. I am taking pearls again too. As far as my diet, Dr. Huang was very adament with me about no dieting but to eat extremely healthy with fruits and veges, protein and "good" fats due to the fat transfers, she does not want my body to absorb the fat. The one thing I'm not familiar with is the foot baths. Can you share with me the details on what to do what that? Do I need to buy anything? Also how do I go about addressing heavy minerals? Guest guest
Cherie, Are you using painkillers? If yes, they can really constipate you. Guest guest
Mornin Stephie ~ Honey, be sure and drink lots of water while doing these detox's and take extra minerals..... The detoxing removes good along with the bad, so you need to take extra and drink lots of water. I am so glad you slept better last night, that is great ! ! Guest guest
I am praying that this is the beginning for me. Last night I only woke up once during my sleep and actually slept until 6:30 a.m. which is better than waking up at 4 a.m. I feel like I have more energy but I'm still going to take it easy today. I did the detox foot patches last night and when I took the patches off of my feet this morning they were brown! Gross! I also have an appt this morning for the ionic foot bath so I can't wait to try that. I just wanted to try it for a couple of times to see how I like it and then I think I will buy one. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that the fatigue slowly gets better! > > Wonderful Stephie! > > Let's pray this is just the beginning of thousands of good days! > > Hugs, > > Rogene >
Guest guest
That's definitely a good discount. If I don't see that the fatigue has improved within a couple of weeks then I'm going to try it. > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > Good morning ladies, > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > I myself am very fatigued.
