Guest guest
ly, although I did buy the book, I think the shortened one, SBD Good Fats, Good Carbs Guide, is almost as good, and waaaay cheaper. The book was interesting, don't get me wrong. But for the cost, and the fact that virtually all the information is in that little tiny reference guide anyway, if I had it to do over again, I might skip the book entirely. I have lent the book to a couple of people to make the money spent a bit more worthwhile. EXCEPTION: If you're really into cooking, that book has dozens of cool recipes! But I did not buy it as a cookbook; I thought it would be about the diet, and only about 1/2 of it is; the rest is recipes.
