For those who cant find the book anywhere near where they live, There

is a website... www.overstock.com where you can get the book and it's

shipped to you and its cheaper than barnes and noble... i got the

cookbook from there too...

ly, although I did buy the book, I think the shortened one, SBD

Good Fats, Good Carbs Guide, is almost as good, and waaaay cheaper.

The book was interesting, don't get me wrong. But for the cost, and

the fact that virtually all the information is in that little tiny

reference guide anyway, if I had it to do over again, I might skip

the book entirely.

I have lent the book to a couple of people to make the money spent a

bit more worthwhile.

EXCEPTION: If you're really into cooking, that book has dozens of

cool recipes! But I did not buy it as a cookbook; I thought it

would be about the diet, and only about 1/2 of it is; the rest is

recipes.
