Guest guest
I would like someone to clarify what does non-PT mean? Does this mean a PTA? Because if it means a PTA then I am offended by what is being stated on the Listserv. I have been a PTA for 10 years with knowledge in several different clinical areas, and I have been a Rehab Director for 9 years. I currently manage a SNF unit and Home Health Service which consist of 30 employees who report to me. I have assisted the company with the development of Home Health and currently the company is looking at developing outpatient with my assistance. So, could someone explain to me why I am not the right person for the position that I am in? Is it because of my degree? Should I have a MSPT after my name to be a manager? If someone has a MSPT, DPT, PT or whatever behind their name DOESN'T mean that person would be the best manager. So, I did hear your wake up call and I am offended by your statement.
