Hi Pat:

My mother told me how good that Eggplant Parmesan was. I walked to the

grocery store, bought what I needed to make the dish and came home.

I fixed that Eggplant Parmesan and ended up feeding it to the neighbor

because I simply did not like it at all.

I've been toying with the idea of buying a Spaghetti Squash and seeing how

tasty that might be.

Spaghetti squash is really good. I cut it in half and microwave it for 20

minutes after removing the seeds. I like it plainwith butter, but it is good

with spaghetti sauce on it too.
