We have Cub foods, Rainbow which is owned by Roundies, Aldi and Lunds which

is super expensive and I avoid it where possible. I can get to the Cub

website but I can't find the ad. I know they have a large diabetic section.

At this point, I have to watch my pennies as I am not currently employed so

I try to use regular food as much as possible. I feed the family as well as

myself.

Yum yum, I love sardines and eggs separately, so now I will have to try them

together.
