I like bacon and eggs and a piece of cheese toast on sour dough bread and a

diet orange soda and a couple of cups of coffee. Total carb count is

between 13 and 15 grams of carbs.

I'm right with Harry here. I have 1 slice of toasted bread, 15 grams of carbs,

and top it with an egg, cheese, and a dash of frank's hot sauce!

Sometimes I top it with some spinach as well.

I'll also have a handful of wallnuts since they are low carb as welladn very

good for you.

My wife buys sliced sour dough from the Publix grocer, then all you have to

do is put it in your toaster oven and sprinkle cheese on top of it,

preferably sharp chedder and toast. When it is done, you have cheese toast.

Of course you can use any kind of cheese you like.

No!, I meant exactly what I said. Unless it is an open face cheese

sandwich, I call all sandwiches sandwiches, because they have two pieces of

bread with something between both pieces of bread. Now my toaster oven has

a feature on it called toast, and I can lay a piece of bread on the rack and

put cheese on top. Then I just press the toast lever and it broils on top,

melting the chees and toasts on the bottom. When it is done I have a

complete piece of cheese toast.
