Guest guest
----- Original Message ----- > OK, troops, report in! How did it go for everyone today. I haven't been feeling well at all the last few days. Yesterday: (total) 3 large glasses of water. One small cookie. I cup of coffee. Today: Breakfast: one of my " shakin' all over " shakes lunch: Nothing Dinner: beef roast with a few onions and carrots roughly 3 large glasses of water total through the day 1 glass of Diet-Rite soda Not very good, I know...when I'm feeling better, I'll follow it closer. I know my carbs are over limits, but at least I stayed with " good " carbs. Huggy Bear I'm going to bed...we'll see what tomorrow brings. Guest guest
LOL. I have gone awol. =-\ I did pretty good yesterday and I started my day out pretty good today. There were still some things in the house calling my name though and my DH just wasn't quick enough eating them so I took care of everything that was calling me. Unfortunately, I didn't throw any of it away. I ate it all :-( But now it is gone and tomorrow is a new day =-) I am ready to get back on track and start losing some more weight. Guest guest
It was the first I'd ever seen of it Kathy. It's really good! It's pale yellow and semi-soft. Very mild flavour - sort of like havarti. My local grocery store had a big cheese sale on so I picked up some Borgonzola (like a cross between St. Andre and blue cheese), Brie, and this butter cheese for Christmas treats. I've been in heaven the last few days. According to www.cheese.com: Richelieu is a soft, creamy cheese made of cow's milk. It is in fact Italian Bel Paese known in Canada as Buttercheese. It has a rectangular shape. The fat content is 50%. Kirstie

Guest guest
Terry: I didn't do well today. So, I guess I'll start real induction tomorrow. Thanks for the insisting reminders. I didn't have time for breakfast. Went to the Beauty Shop - had my hair frosted. Stopped by the BBQ place and ordered chopped beef and green beans. I did well at lunch. But, I was the only one at the office for a loooonnng time, so, I got into the candy. Had 4 reeces pieces. And I didn't get in all my water. But tonight, had weiners (I know, processed) with green peppers and onions, grilled. So, all in all, it wasn't induction - but not a total failure. Promise to do better tomorrow Henri 184/175/
