Hi, Normi. I found an ad for this great bear that has a different sweater

for each

month. The company is Dream Products, Inc. at 412 Dream Lane, Van Nuys, CA

91496.

He is 12 " tall, and the sweaters are cute as a button. He's $9.97, + $4.95 s

& h.

He's called the Calendar Bear. Just thought you might want to take a look.

Normi, I am better today. I really think it was the increase in Plaquenil

that did it.

It also caused stomach pain and violent diarhea. Not pleasant. So, I will

not be taking the increased dosage. Two seems to be working for me, and a

third pill every

day is causing havoc. So, don't take it, right? Duh.

Anyway, I'm much better today thanks to Immodium and some drugged sleep. LOL

the culprit. We'll see. If I get another bout of stomach pain like that

one, I'll call

the doc and see what's going on. Feel much better today. Did have to do a

little grocery shopping at Food 4 Less, and that's like walking all over a

cement football

field, but I did ok. Just had to rest my hip when I got home. Took a Unisom

to see if

Becks, Oh, Honey, you never really get the hang of it. I mean, you learn

to accept

some things and take others in stride, but there is always a new problem just

around

the bend, and some nice surprises, too. Parenthood is a challenge, but very

rewarding.

Thanks MM..... I have a wooden calendar that is shaped like a beehive, and

it has ceramic bears for each month. They are so damned cute. YOu change the

wooden tiles each month, and place whatever bear is for the month on the

top. I got it at the danbury mint, and it cost a mint too. But well worth

it. I will have to check out these bears, I have a feeling I will be having

a new addition to my house. LOL......

I only know, when I was on plaquenil, I took one in the morning and one at

night.

It sure sounds like that is the culprit from what you have described though.

ANything that adds more grief onto our bodies is sure not where we want to

go.

I do hope that is what cause the problem, but it does sound like it.

it is all trial and error even when you start with a baby! I always said I would do so many things differently if I'd had more than one. (i have a 20 year old daughter and an 18 year old stepdaughter) However, I'm sure I'd just have made different mistakes if I'd had another. There were times that I beat myself up (especially during my daughter's one really difficult year). However, I now realize that every decision I made was made out of love and that I did the very best I knew how to do at the time.

I must not have done too badly because my daughter tells me that she hopes that one day her children (once she's married and has them) will feel even half as loved by her as she always did by me.

HI . I keep going into the store and sniffing these pinecones. They are wonderful. I could not have more than one in a room at a time though. They are very strong.

Does anyone know what cones I am talking about?

They come in a bag. I am wondering how they get the scent like that.

Maggie, Commercial apple sauce can be used only if it has no preservatives

in it.
