Thanks thats what I ended up doing. I told my friend I " m

not copping out honestly hurt my knee. I did do 5 minutes walking on

the treadmill to cool down but it was slow and careful. Otherwise we

just did the weights today .. upper body only for me.

What is the supplement you are taking?

Thanks

I belong to an all womens gym called Curves for Women, it is a total body,

low impact, fine tune muscle workout that only take 30 min and you are

outta there. It is set to music, you rotate stations every 35 sec. no skinny

girls in leotards, average member age is 40, and most of us are

overweight.......its wonderful, and all over the US if you have one......if

not you should start one, they are wonderful and sooooooo easy, quick, and

work!!! Annie

I thought exercise vcr

Tapes are great, n...I love the Tae Bo series...have you checked it

out? The Basic workout is a pretty strenous half hour...or if you are

really fit you can do the Advanced (I can't!)...and you can join and have

them send you a new tape every month. http://www.taebo.com

Also there are some weighted training tapes...I would do a search for

exercise tapes or aerobic workouts or something on that order.

My son left 5 and 10 lbs hand weights at home

Which reminds me...when you go to ebay look for tapes by Voight.

They are older tapes, but good workouts...I have found tapes in really good

condition and even new there. Also, Joyce Vedral is good with weight

training.

I think Suebee & Joya have some good ideas, checking out the library to rent

tapes and ebay. Of course Blockbuster will rent videos too ...

Just a thought before you commit to buying something new.

Plus there is half.com where you can buy movies. Here's a code for new

customers $5 off $10, new customers, code BIGSTAR

we have something like that here but it's called the circuit. it's a

station workout that you take about 5 min at each station. and it's

reasonable. thanks for the reminder, ours just opened and i think i

should go check it out and find out more. since the cold has come i'm

not getting too much exercise outside of throwing freight at work..
