Putting it all together which is the very best choice in terms of

zero carbs? I am a Pepsi fan for sure.

My VoiceMate never tells me if I don't have enough blood - even if it

doesn't which is kind of bad.

Oh, yes. They are great that way. , I know you love those Klondike

barrs, but I am a drumstick fan. However, they are loaded with fat and

carbs, so I would only have a bite or two of one my husband would eat. I

discovered in the freezer department today they now have " Smart Ones " that

taste like drumsticks, but have 29 carabs and 2.5 grams of fat. I ate half

of one and gave the other half to my husband. I didn't feel so guilty!

they aren't exactly like the original drum stick, but close enough! They

come with differaent flavors ice cream too.

Ah yes Pepsi for me. Gives bounce to the ounce. I'll stick with diet

Pepsi then no carbs or calories.

Wonder who sells more coke or Pepsi?

Pat what do you think? Smile.

ah, sounds good. the drumsticks I get are 30 grams/half my dinner. I only

eat 60 grams at any meal. but, to recap my carbs at each meal, breakfast 15

grams, lunch 30 to 45 grams, and dinner... hello dinner! 60 grams and 30 of

those are my klondike or a drum stick smile. BTW my a1c is 5.3 for those

wondering and am type 1 diabetic.

Lynda, or anyone, can someone call the company and ask if they have changed

that and it is a new feature in a newer model/revised model and post the

info to the list for all of us to benefit from?

I heard that they were going to stop making diet pepsi since no one drank

it. How about passing a good cold refreshing diet coke to the other side

of the state!!
