The way I judge what is normal or not is by the differances during the 4

days of total breakthrough I got in 1981 when the Mellaril almost killed me

and then things suddenly worked " normally " in my body and mind. It was such

a dramatic differance that it is etched in my mind in very exact detailed

memory forever. It was not a high as some people may think since I have

never felt so relaxed yet had more energy -normal -consistent -natural

energy, and an ability to rest like I had never known but that matches

" normal " explanations of sleep and rest I hear people talk about like

" Todays a new day, how refreshing it is to wake in the morning, etc. "

Sometimes I think that was the worst curse a person could have to suddenly

experience normalcy and then get thrown back into chronic illness

forevermore. Other times I am grateful to know I do not have to blame myself

for being such a failure or not able to operate up to par like people

without chronic illness or disabilities.

It is hard to see others esp. children hurting when I can see it is clearly

out of their control and others think I am making excuses for them.

I had to try and explain to Tylynn this morning how his feelings of

everything in life for him is work and a struggle and how unhappy he is into

how he has chronic low level depression because of chemical imbalances in

his body. I told him within several weeks he will get this SPECT scan (which

he is excited over) and life will feel more cheerful to him and it will

become easier with the right medicine and knowing how to work with his

particular chemistry with learning aids and environmental changes. He kind

of gets it.

Does anyone know of any organizations that would help Connie financially get

the SPECT scan, like Shriners etc. since she is an adult? S.

I know you're right, but you know how it goes, EVERYTHING is a symptom.

It kinda makes you feel crazy sometimes.
