I gotta tell you I really thought that I had gained cause I was

eating all the time. But my biggest secret is being here with you

ladies and hearing of someone in a size 4 skirt or someone being able

to go to the other side of the store to buy there clothes. I want to

do that and it helps keep me on program. That and the picture of me

in a bathing suit hanging in my dinning area lol.

Hang in there, Traci! We'll get there (provided I can stay out of the banana

chips!). It's really strange, now that I eat healthier, my taste is changing

and I get hooked on things I never really cared about before WW; like

pre-sweetened cereal, dried fruit, banana chips, and yogurt covered pretzels.

Weird, huh? And, no, I'm not pregnant! Luckily, these are all healthy

(although not low-point) foods as long as I watch the portions. Anybody else

get strange cravings?

Had weigh-in last night and maintained. I'm happy because a maintain means I

didn't gain! Too much sodium I know. I've also gotten really friendly with

Orville Reddenbacher (sp?), that old Smart Pop!!

, hope your " green-around-the-gills " feeling is subsiding (mine lasted the

first 4 months, hope yours doesn't). Hope everyone has a great day!

If I have gained, then I'm in a rotten mood and if I have lost then I think I can eat anything! Seems if I don't know for sure then I stick to it better.

Ok, except for tonight. Hubby took me out to eat for my birthday and I left weight watchers at home! :)

also depressed my son goes to 1st grade and it is all day. So I know

how you feel. Hang in there she will have fun.

Congratulations!!! I seem to be stuck on 10 lbs. lost, but am not letting it discourage me, as that's 10 lbs. less than what I use to weigh! Good for you!

YIPPEEEEEE for you. I experienced the same thing each time I move down the points range it usually only lasts a week and then my body seems to adjust. Good luck and keep up the good work.

Well, I'm down .9. I guess that's better than up .9. I know it's a loss and I am definately happy I had a loss and not a gain! It's just hard going from 3-5 lbs losses to less than 1lb loss. My total loss for 5 weeks is 16.8 and I'm only 2.3 away from 10%!!!I had a hard time staying within my points this past week and mid week I realized why. Last week I move down a point range. I use etools and it does it all automatically and I didn't realize it. I did manage to stay within my points each day, but I was use to staying pretty close to the middle of the range. Last week I was pretty close to the top everyday.Holly, NJ190.1/173.3/125

would start to slow down a little, with that much loss. I've only

lost 13.8 in seven weeks, so am envious!

That 10% seems SO far away from me right now ...I'm just a bit over

halfway there. But, as you said, we're losing... congratulations on

your great progress!
