Southern NJ - about 1/2 hr from Philadelphia, PA and an hr from Atlantic

City, NJ.

Holly,

I just have to ask....where in South Jersey? I use to live in Mt. Laurel...when my husband was working in Philly. I loved the area. And is that area home for you?

Nonie (in Tn.--by way of La, Mo, La, Tex, N.J., Al, Utah, Tex, and now Tn.) And no,

my husband is not in the service. :)

Holly - Great Job!

I loved all the great advice. You are so right.... remember earlier in the week I was stressed and had gone over points 2 days in a row, and then decided to get back on the wagon.... Well, I weighed myself at home this morning, and granted the scale isnt the most reliable... but monday nite i weighed 2 lbs heavier on it than today!! Im counting on a good week and great loss! and like .. i need to remember that every little loss or even a no-gain is weight gone forever!!!1 Celebrate it all!

Happy losing losers!

Close, Mt Laurel is about 40 min NW. I live in Malaga, a small town in between Glassboro and Vineland.

Hi ! Well, you may not have lost, but at least you didn't gain,

which means you must have done something right! Well, as you said,

this week is new, lets pick up where we left off, right? Have a nice

week! Marie.

I'm in the same boat with you, Sherlyn.

I stayed at 223, kinda. I yoyoed during the last week -- down to 220

and back up. At least I didn't go beyond the 223. But, nor did I

really deserve to lose those pounds. I ate well, in several aspects

of the word. And damn halloween! I sure do love candy corn! Ugh!

But, I've thrown the rest of the bag away. The new week begins, and

my goal for this week is to get to and stay at 220.

Best of luck to all!

congratulations. hopefully it wasn't just water weight, but if you

feel better and youa re doing good it will probably sustain and stay

off. it's nice to get that one on one time, that's why i like

walking with my sister when she will. because other times we just

bicker and argue, but when we walk it's like we're two totally

different people.

>

> Hi everyone - I hope you all had a nice weekend!!! I weighed my

self this morning and I was 221!!! I just hope I can stay at this for

a couple of days (I like to stay at a weigh for a few days then I

know that i did lose some and not just water). My oldest daughter

and I walked the levee today we only went 1 mile but that's better

then nothing. It was nice b/c I usually don't get enough 1 on 1 with

her b/c of the younger two so when we do get 1on1 time she talks

nonstop (LOL). So we walked and she talked!!!

>

> I felt good tonight b/c when I went to pick up the 2 little ones

from their uncles house he asked what was up with me getting

smaller!!! Someone noticed that didn't know I was dieting!!! I don't

see it b/c like someone else said I just see the bad (the big

stomach) But today was proof it is happening!!! People can see it!!

Well it's late just wanted to weigh in with you all and let you know

what happened today!!

Kirsten,

Just a thought here...... How did you do the week before? I have found

it seems to take about a week for good or bad results to show. You say

you didn't deserve to lose because of how you ate but you must have

done good the week before. :-)
