yes i am post op in 10 days it will be three months

from when i went to the dr and then the nutritionist . i went from 253 to

258 so from 258 i am now down to almost 200

i dont like to get too obsessed with actually lbs.. it can get very

discouraging and depressing when others especially lose way more than .. you

are

losing .. but i am doing really good ... losing so many inches ALL OVER .. oh

good advice

take measurements before .. measure anything you can think of because you

really get to monitor your progress good this way...

for example i measured my neck .. my ankles even .. my wrists my rib cage ..

and i can see such a dramatic difference .. its really encouraging to see

how many inches versus lbs which dont always line up when your clothes are

getting baggy but the scales seems to show a slower progression, not always but

sometimes ..

i have had no complications thank GOD but .. i really am drained from energy

.... some of us take longer to get it back than others... just depends

i had RNY- Proximal 1 teeny TINY cut and 5 others .. just less than an

inch.. they are beginning to lighten up .. i dont mind if i have scars though

...

i never want to forget what i did .. just a me thing i guess lol ..

I am down 137 pounds and beginning skin reduction surgery in June!
