Oh Terri...I feel your frustration and hurt. I am sorry. You are

right to go elsewhere to get answers. It was marked with an " H "

(high) and he ignored it!! OMG...that is unforgivable.!!!

Perhaps we can help you interpret some of your results...if you send

the ranges...and where they marked (H).

Again,...and I know you guys may get tired of hearing me say

this...but if by chance your adrenals are not good, the thyroid you

are taking may not be doing much for you and may be stressing your

adrenals further. 50mgs is not a lot...so ...you are o.k. there for

now.

We are suppose to make sure our adrenals are " normal " before being

put on thryoid medication . Most doctors don't do this but they are

suppose to.

Have faith...you will get to the bottom of this..and very quickly..I

am sure.! Please consider getting your cortisol levels checked with

a cortisol saliva test. If they do a blood draw at only one point

in time during the day...it doesn't give you the entire picture.

Hang in there....you may be very close to solving part of this

puzzle.

The doc I saw yesterday said women could have up to 100 (don't know what the

measurement is). Mine was 15. :( I just picked up my new hormone cream.

Also, some exciting news for those afflicted with the medical condition of

being flat chested. :) There is a product that my new doctor recommended

for breast growth. He said it generally increases breasts by one to two cup

sizes. I bought it and am going to give it a try. I'll let you know if it

really does work.

Katy. . .

Black stuff? . . . Are you in an area where there is soot, smoke. . . something that you're breathing that's black? . . .

That would be my first thought . .. But if not, maybe it is mold.

I can't write much right now . . . but I'd check with some of the ladies here about a Neti pot . . I think Kenda can help you.

I wish you could get out of that house yesterday!

Hugs and prayers,

Rogene

Re: Re: kenda: mold genes

Hi Ladies...

About the mold thing...

I have been blowing black stuff out my nose all day today. It looks like eye makeup!! I wonder if it could be mold, like the mold I can see in my house? I have had this happen before when I lived in London, but apparently it is from the pollution... .Has anybody experienced this?

Thanks! Katy:)Lynda <cossprivatei (DOT) com> wrote:

Well, I am going to hope that the black stuff is just dust for now.... Thank you for the information on the neti pot; definitely going to pick one up!! I am really tired of having endless respiratory congestion! Katy:)Kenda Skaggs <lovesgoldens@...> wrote: A Neti pot is a really good idea, I use mine daily. Katy,

When my nose is stuffed up, I have been using Ocean Spray and the

Lamisil ointment, I swab it with a Q-Tip in each nostril. It has

really helped.

I hope it will do the same with you.

I actually have my laptop in bed right now, so I am semi-resting :) I

just took a percocet, so I think I will be down for the count soon.

I found the Lamasil at a Walgreens, I am not sure if you have

Walgreens where you live. I believe Wal-mart carries it too. I sort

of freaked out when I got it because they said it was for jock itch.

I use the ocean spray nearly everyday to keep my sinuses moist, works

really well. I have only had to use the Lamasil about 5 times now.

Two days in a row works to clear me up until I get stuffed up gain.

Hopefully now the implants are gone I can kick the sinus issues.

I sure hope it works for you, you'll have to let me know.

Hugs,

Lynn
