Boy, you need to get away from that mold.

You have to have a doc that is aware of yeast

problems, but I would just ask for Diflucan for a

2 week period to help get it under control. Try

to get 150mg, but you will probably end up with

100's. I hope they will cooperate. I would say

the antibiotics gave you a yeast infection and

itchy ears, allergies got worse and so on.

Holistic docs are often the key, research that

online for one in your area or check with your local health food store.

Katy,

Does the clinic belong to the veterinarian? . . . If not, I'd suggest taking your complaint up the chain of command.

The way you and your cat were treated is disgraceful!

Katy,

I'd say the odds are almost 100% that your sinus/ear problem is fungal, rather than inflammation.

However, living with mold isn't helping anything.

Try swabbing your nasal cavity and ears with Lamisil ointment. If it's going to work, you should see improvement in a day or so.

Do you think some of these doctors may push drugs so we don't get well and need to keep coming back to them? Lining there wallets?

Yes....and I realize these doctors are human with the same human

emotions we have, families, stresses etc.

But still....we are not a body part. We are whole human beings and

need to be treated medically with this in mind. That is why I went

to a holistic doctor. Think I need to find a new one.

I hope to be growing some garden in the near future. I always loved yard work, and flowers and fresh herbs and spices, and veges....... I love the birds and butterflys that come around too.

Many days I dont feel up to doing anything at all besides existing, I know you know how that is.

I invited Dad over for dinner and to stay the night. I am fixing one of his favorites.......Love and Hugs ~ DSee what's free at AOL.com.

Yep, I had that problem 4 years ago when I had to replace my bathroom

Lea,

Fungal issues can cause soooooooooo many problems - most of them hard to diagnose by the best doctors. Sometimes fungal issues affect one thing that affects another that, in turn affects another. . . It's a vicious cycle!

The only way you'll know is to do everything possible to get your fungal issues under control and then see what's left.

I'm betting you will be delighted at how much better you feel!

Love,

Rogene

Maritza,

Humitidy makes it worse, sounds like you should check out the yeast problem.

Thank you for this, you are a sweetheart. had better stop buying treats like rice pudding and things that I love. Food will not bring me happiness, but he feels that it will comfort me. The leg and hip pain are worring me.

Sending love to you.........Lea

Re: Re: Went to doctor...

Love,

Rogene

Darling Dede, I though that I would run out of tears, but there seems to be lots left. You are such an inspiration for all of us, I wish that I were a "good" plastic surgeon and could remove those toxic bags from your precious body.

It is so important for you to have a little pet to give you love and support. I know that we have to get you well first...this should happen soon. We are all praying for you, remember miracles do not happen, we make them happen....we are making miracles happen everyday.

We all love you Dede....Lea

Maritza . . .

Getting better isn't always a straight line thing . . . Things get better, then get worse . . .

I always suggest keeping a journal of how one feels, what they do. Most of the time, one can find a correlation between foods, activities, events, time of month, etc. that preceed a setback. . . . Understanding what triggers flares can do a lot to avoid them.

Are you following a diet that discourages fungal organisms? ... taking probiotics?

Mold could be playing a role . . . Using a portable air filtering system should help you in your home.

Don't get discouraged . . . It takes commitment, discipline, and sometimes a lot detective work - but it's worth it! You can get much better.

Hugs,

Rogene
