I just need to vent here.

I was told again today by his SP that if he does not use his auditory &

speech capabilities he will loose them. It just makes me so mad I want to

scream!!!!!!! AAAHHHHHHHH

I keep telling these people he needs to communicate to get an education it

does not have to be 100% their way. We can use a manual form for this early

period and work in the background with speech. I look at it as if he will

have two languages under his belt one day. <<<Lets just get the ball rolling

with what he can grasp at this time.>>>

My proof is I have cousins in Germany that had to have 3 languages fluently

spoken & written to graduate school at 15yrs old. How do they do that? They

work with all 3 all the time. It can be done and is every day with great

success.

Why do we always have to deal with loads of small minded ignorant people

to get to the few that have the working brains? (I am going to go 'Ask

Jeeves' that one - it is my question for the new millennium)

Vent secession over. I feel a small amount better.

If I fall down in the dark again I'll have to use " The Clapper " **clap**
