Welcome, Lashon. We will help motivate you if you stick with us. I highly

recommend trying the live tapes. I find them more motivating because they

have regular music (songs you are familiar with) and many regular people (not

just instructors). You might want to start with the live 4-pack.

Welcome Lashon!

I hope that you enjoy our group. I just quickly wanted to say start out

slow!!! A full hour five times a week is difficult if you are just starting

out. But its a great goal to work up to! And you may not be where you want to

be by August, but if you stick with Taebo and are consistent, you'll still be

pleased. I will pray for success in your Taebo journey.

:-)

that would motivate me.  I think I am bored with the other tapes.

Guys,

she hasn't posted to the group yet. I have the egroup set to where the new

members all receive the little " getting to know you " quiz. When a person

fills it out, it comes back to me. I have been posting them to the group.

But, with the two times that I have done that, the new member hasn't posted

at all. So, I am wondering if I am scaring people off by posting their

intros. Some people may prefer to lurk. I may just quietly stick them in the

files section from now on.

:) who doesn't want to scare anyone off!

You're scaring me, whenever someone mentions snow WE end up getting hit,

too! I don't want any more snow. :( You are very motivated to even consider

pushing play AGAIN. Good luck!

It is only sent to new members, but was posted a few weeks ago. Go in the

files section and click on " getting to know you. " You can fill one out and

send it to the group if you like =)

Hi Celeste!

That is a beautiful name! You are our first member from South Africa! How

exciting! It is so nice to have you with us! Which tapes did you buy? The

original set or the Live versions? How do you like them so far? Again,

welcome to the list!

Welcome, Celeste. I'm glad you found us! We have so many wonderful friends

here from all over the world. It's so wonderful to now have someone from

South Africa. I think you will like it here. There are lots of people who

have been doing taebo for quite some time just as there are many who are just

starting out so the knowledge is very diverse in this group. I'll look

forward to hearing from you again!

Welcome to the group Celeste!! You will love it here - so supportive of a group

:-) Make sure you maesure yourself so you can compare and see how many inches/cm

you have lost. You can't go by the scale alone. I have lost over 6 inches but

not one pound! I am gaining muscle and look WAY better but the scale stays the

same. Anyway - welcome!!

Welcome Celeste! You'll love tae bo! Make sure you

take it slowly and really learn to do the punches and

the kicks from the instructional before you move on to

the basic workout.

Celeste,

Welcome to the list! I've found this to be a great source of motivation and

wonderful grouip of people. I've been Taebo-ing a short amount of time,

only since october, but really have fallen in love with it. It provides me

the extra motivation I've needed the last few years to find a program I

enjoy and be able to stick to.

I also have used followed the low carb diets in the past with a lot of

success. Good luck on your latest journey!

Yesterday I purchased the Blank's set of 4 tae-bo tapes. Had

been watching it for several months on tv, and decided to give it a

background is dancing and have done gymming and aerobics all these

years but never anything remotely like tae-bo.

Wish me luck as I start on my program today, and looking forward to

Welcome, Celeste! You will love taebo! It should help you lose those last

few kilograms. Plus, give you tons of other wonderful benefits. With your

dance and gymnastic experience, you will be a natural!

popping up! Best of luck to you with the tapes, I'm postive they'll

get you the results you're looking for. I look forward to hearing
