I like the Studio Advanced tape better than the Advanced Live Volume I - that's the only live tape I have so far so I don't know about the others. Guest guest
Luci, You are so generous to " Donate " your tapes. Why not get yourself some NEW tapes...not the studio advanced and rotate with your friend. Variety will help to keep you on your toes instead of going through " the same old routine " with out really thinking about it. > I was under the impression that the new live 4-pack is more challenging than the original so I sent my studio 4-pack to a friend who really needs a gradual transition. I'm keeping track of everybody near Marine Bases as I will be moving around in the coming years. Yee heee. That makes me feel better. Well I think the new 4-pack has been retailing for 19.99 on some places on the web (who wrote that earlier??) I guess it so cheap you can afford to get it. IF you have the other tapes. Just sell the extras on e-bay.

I think that is a great workout and the group is fun to watch. If you can afford it, I'd also recommend buying the new instructional and basic. The instructional is good and the basic is GREAT. Maybe you can buy the new 4-pack and switch in a couple of months with your friend? Elena
