I am working out at home and was wondering if anyone had other

lowerbody exercies I could do with either dumbells or a Ball besides

the squats and lunges for quads and hamstings?

Check out www.exrx.net for about a bajillion different exercises for

all your 2,000 parts. :) Some are w/machines, some w/free weights.

Pick whichever ones appeal and switch 'em up every 4-6 weeks.
