My greataunt lived to be 100 + 4 months and was in good health except

for two falls that left her unable to walk without assistance, but she

didn't even take anything for pain (if she could stand it) because she

said pain drew the resources of your body to heal. It would heal

better if you could put up with the pain, and rest etc. She also said

listen to what your body wants too. of course sleep if you're sleepy

is good advice, but if it's the house making me sleepy, probably

getting up and going some place else might be better, or sleeping

someplace else, but I have faith that pretty soon that a safe place to

sleep will be my home. Just wanted to 'second' your remarks.
