I buy it online. Go to www.vitalchoice.com. If your order is over a

$100 you get free shipping. I always order both the cans (the best

deal is the larger cans and buy 24 at a time) and the king salmon

filets. We love both products. You can also buy them from

Dr.Mercola's website but I buy direct.

I buy the salmon filets and halibut. Both are really good. I ordered a

different type of salmon this week, can't remember what it is. :)

That's the kind of group I had intended when I started it back in

2000...because I knew that women like us needed to find a safe

haven. The pro-implant sites can be so cruel, and they can make us

feel like freaks for even questioning the safety of implants.

But we know the truth now...that implants do make women ill, and our

suffering is very great and very real. And there are answers out

there. We just need to walk in the direction of healing, and that

means getting back to where we were before, without implants, and

finding answers through sharing. I am glad you found us and are

getting the support that you need!

Hi Darlene,

It would not out of the realm of possibility that you could " cure "

your diabetes as your health improves. Even though there are those

that say diabetes is incurable, I have heard of too many people who

did cure theirs to believe that it can't happen.

Although we don't have alot of women who have ended up with this

diagnosis after implants, I do remember hearing of a few women who

struggled with blood sugar issues as a part of their illness. Our

bodies are just affected in various ways, different ways for

differenet women, and in some, the weak organs are those involved in

blood sugar levels.

Just remember to be patient and stay hopeful! You may see some

improvements in the future that surprise you if you are diligent!

Congratulations Molly! I know how hard it is...

One of the secrets that works for me is to remember first of all,

that just because I can't have it right now, that doesn't mean I

can't ever have " it " again in the future, whatever the food item

happens to be that is tempting me. There's always another day. Just

not today.

And second of all, I try to capture and dwell on the feeling I will

most likely have AFTER eating something I shouldn't. I will be mad

at myself, feel like a pig, want to throw up, etc, etc etc. If I

remember how yucky that makes me feel, the food item in question

will start to look evil and nasty, an enemy that I must have victory

over!

Keep it up! You will be so proud of yourself!

Molly . . . your " ice cream anonymous " reminds me of

an implant woman I met years ago . . . Her weight was

a little above normal. She wanted by-pass surgery so

she didn't have to work so hard on weight control . .

..

She actually sewed metal washers into her clothes so

she would weight enough to qualify for the surgery! .

.. . AFter the surgery, she found out that she was in

an entirely new world diet-wise. . . She didn't like

it!

She found she could beat it by eating icecream! . . .

and managed to maintain her weight pre-bypass!

Unfortunate, isn't it?

That sounds horrible! I will NOT have surgery for that... I will lose weight!

The sad thing is that she is now a fat skinny person. Ice cream will keep

her weight up but not in a healthful way. I guess the old saying that you

can never be too thin isn't true after all!
