I also had prepared organic oatmeal and chamomile in cheesecloth to clean her..not too hard mind you..but you soaked it first..personally I DO not trust ultrasounds as I feel they move molecules,,I did none of that..no hospital just a blood test to check my blood type..I envy you as my child has set out for adulthood and I'm perimenopausal..lots of bleeding I feel its related to letting go..its a real pleasure to remember her birth thank you

When did you start your raspberry leaf tea? I've heard early in

pregnancy it can cause a miscarriage.

I remember my first pregnancy - every time I walked by a store window where I could see my reflection I'd stop and stare - it was the most amazing miracle - I was in awe - and despite the sleepless nights and other challenges, I loved that time of my life - loved having babies and everything about it. Are you familiar with Mothering Magazine (did we already have this discussion??) - it had very supportive articles for the kind of mothering I felt strongly about (attachment mothering - family bed, wearing the baby, self-weaning (baby, not me), cotton diapers, all those kinds of things). I look and go " omg how can my stomach be in the first window pane at the front

of the store, and my butt in the very last at the back! "

Thanks for the mental adjustment at how I SHOULD be looking at it. I have to

remember that I'm pregnant and not FAT. Which is so hard for me coming from the

fitness industry. ...but my body image has never been good.

of the store, and my butt in the very last at the back! "

Thanks for the mental adjustment at how I SHOULD be looking at it. I have to

remember that I'm pregnant and not FAT. Which is so hard for me coming from the
