> plan on it

> but going to pre-medicate this time

better do that.my suggestion is you

can you for walk after 45 minutes taking advair.

most probably you have to addjust your timings.

first advair then after 30 minuts ventolin.

wait for 15 more minutes.then do exercise.

if it is not working then you may even try

atrovent 30 minutes before exercise! hope you

can do exercise!

well, coming to my tooth problem it seems to be

a gum problem! well, thats what doctors have been

saying, its seems like my RCT X-rays are fine

according to them! who knows? I am in highly

depressive mood.on the top it,this yoga

increases tooth sensitivity/pain due to its

head down and leg up positions itseems! I am

just in a helpless condition!

Where are you walking?.........it a nice green park........or down the

street with car fumes and other things?

Are you having problems because of the time it takes to put on your walking

shoes/organise something beforehand/afterwards.

Are you able to come home and relax straight away or ?

When I take a walk somewhere I don't do anything before or after it -

sometimes the bag of shopping will remain on the bench until I can cope.

Sometimes my flatmate will shuffle through it and put away the cold things

for me.

Wild how much toing and froing to do with your children/family........maybe

you are getting enough exercise just coping with them.

Or can you have some household help sooooooo that you can take a walk in

the fresh air which will free up some airway/energy space.

Well I made it through my exercise this time without dizziness but still

had asthma attack 5 minutes after ending so next week I'm going to try

to pre-medicate 30 minutes before I exercise to see if that's any

better.

hey wild,I am sure it will be better! as far as I understand

advair contains salmeterol which can also be used

for EIA.so doing exercise after taking daily dose

of Advair may reduce taking extra medicine!

________________________________

Hi !

I walk around my neighborhood. No through traffic but neighbors cars,

trucks, vans, and semis, lawnmowers, smokestacks, tree pollen season. I

think that covers everything. I walk between all my other activities.

I kindof squeeze it in. But have given it up again. The only exercise

I'm getting now is sweeping, moping, vacuuming, dusting, shopping,

putting my kids on their bus but it don't seem like enough but it'll

have to do before I get any worse I may never be able to exercise again

despite what professionals say I guess my asthma is too severe to be

typical. After my walks I go into my next activity I might squeeze in a

water break a sit while I drink then onto next thing unless my body goes

into a total collapse mold then I rest until I feel strong enough to

continue activities. What I do with my kids? Everyday is different.

Today I got my teenager up for school got my kindergartener up gave him

his medicines and got him dress got his school supplies ready wrote a

note to his teacher got my 3rd grader up put my kindergartener on his

bus and took my 3rd grader and her friend to school came back home to

face the housework. This afternoon I'll do the same thing. That's all

the moving about I'm going to do today the kids will probaly want to get

into the waterhose cause it's 89 today but I don't know if I feel like

getting all that out since I just had my second attack of the day and

I'm drained plus we're going on a retreat tomorrow that I need to rest

for. I don't have any household help besides the children and they

usually want to tag along which is more draining.

HUGS!!!
