Guest guest
, First of all why do you want to do both ubwo and lbwo on the same days? Just wondering where you are in the challenge are you seeing results yet? I did all of my weight training on one day in my first challenge and it takes a long time. I would spend close to two hours in the gym. (Plus I did a little cardio to warm up 5 min. low intensity on the bike) I have seen better results doing it on different days. I would recommend that if you do need to do it for a special week or something like that go for it, but for the whole challenge do it by the book. One other thing I would like to mention I find lower body work outs to be a little easier and almost double duty, because I use them during my cardio. Either running, biking or swimming. So they improve the most quickly. People are like oh my you have great legs... So that is really nice. Best of luck my friend, > Does anyone out there know if it's O.K. to exercise your upper and lower body on the same day? Thanks for any info you can give me. We did that once for WishLift. It took almost a week to recover. I wouldn't recommend it. MP
Guest guest
well,I cannt sleep either in this hunger.infact today also I dont have asthma but I dont think so I can do exercise due to hunger and ofcourse tooth pain to which I have to do something soon! but it looks like asthma is responding to yoga.I will suggest you to also give a try. well, what exercise did you do? dizziness due to exercise may be due to doing exercise in empty stomch and having low blood sugar.drink water and/or milk before doing exercise.if you do some really hard stufss then eat " unboiled " egg and do exercise.I used to do this kind of stuffs in my school days especially " unboiled egss " , Immm sweet memories on empty stomch!?!?!?!?!???!??!?!?!??!? well, this site looks ok,infact I dont know much about this stuff _________________________________ I walked.
