Lacey, congratulations on fitting in all that exercise! Be careful that you

don't hurt yourself, though. Taebo requires a lot of repetitive motions,

which can result in stress injuries. Make sure stretch before and after

each workout. Maybe you could try a little cross training instead of two

advanced tapes a day (e.g., weight training and then taebo). I'd hate to

see you get injured (like me!) and then not be able to workout at all for

awhile.

Thanks Elena :o)!!!!!!

I will miss the easier commute, but it will be better

to be back to " normal " and get my eating back to a

normal schedule. I think that will help me lose the

rest of this weight/inches.
