Hey Group - I don't hear any bragging!!!!

OK, I'll start..........I worked out every day this week. This morning I did

40 min of yoga strength training and then went to my aerobics/weight lifting

class for an hour & 15 min. Felt wonderful!!!!!

There.....now it's your turn!!!

Caroline, who's gonna sleep good tonite!!! :<)

I finally hit the '50 pounds lost' mark! It took a long time, but I did it.

Now if I can stay within a 5 pound range of where I am now, I'll be perfectly

content.

- whose sister just found out she's expecting baby #3 - we're praying

for a little girl this time! :-)

I finally hit the '50 pounds lost' mark! It took a long time, but I did it.

Now if I can stay within a 5 pound range of where I am now, I'll be perfectly

content.

- whose sister just found out she's expecting baby #3 - we're praying

-lost 2 pounds, which puts me at 155 which is officially my pre pregnancy

weight!

-stayed low carb through the holiday and all this week after getting off

track for a few days

-went to the gym last night and I am going again tonight

-quit coffee cold turkey yesterday!!

There they are!! Let's hear yours!!

Ask my husband, I am queen of the naggers!! - LOL

Congrats on being on target w/your prepregnancy weight........for me that was

usually when I found myself pregnant!!!

You have some awesome brags for the week. Kudos for getting to the gym,

despite your pain and lack of energy. And low carb through

Thanksgiving?....I can't claim that one!

Caroline, who's thinking some bragging might help those w/the blues, etc.

Well, I don't have much to brag about this week. I could only work

out twice (since I overdid it on Wednesday), but I think I'm going to

do Pilates tonight with Austin. Hey wait a minute......I do

have a brag! I forgot....I got on the scale this morning and lost a

pound. I'm checking in at 125 pounds now.

Well, I don't have much to brag about this week. I could only work

have a brag! I forgot....I got on the scale this morning and lost a

pound. I'm checking in at 125 pounds now.

That's great !!!!! The coffee is a hard one, I'm

still working on that. I'm hoping that a position

change will do the trick for me. Then I can go back

to my AM workouts.

That's great !!!!! The coffee is a hard one, I'm

still working on that. I'm hoping that a position
