Way to go Caroline! It's good to hear that yoga is working out well

for ya :)

morning.... :(

Great brags ! What made you decide to quit coffee?! I feel

soo much better since I kicked the habit. I don't need any jump-

start in the morning anymore, it's a great feeling of being in

control of myself and how I feel.
