This sounded so familiar to me, I know I get the winter blues but for

me this year has been the worst and this week it's hit VERY hard,

I've been doing some research and think that my body clock is very

out of whack, so I'm getting a sunrise alarm clock (uses light like a

sunrise to help you wake up) and see if that helps, if I'm still bad

I'll be off the the Doc's to find out if I may have SAD (Seasonal

Affective Disorder) due to the shorter days and lack of daylight we

get. I know you call it the holiday season but over here it's plain

old miserable winter, so perhaps the awareness of SAD hadn't occured

to many of you - just a thought, as a there a a few posts about

people being down and " under the weather "

I found it. I had to enter GR, it didn't come up on

the initial search for some reason. What good is the

" insider " info if they don't send it to you?!?!?!

Which part of new Blanks Vidoes/DVDs don't they

understand?!?!?! I might have to get the DVDs one day

as well.

<<, that's a great plan. You have so much going on now, that you can't

do it all. Of course something has to give now. When school break comes,

then you can get back into and ENJOY working out. >>

Thanks for the encouragement Elena. I'm bad about beating myself up for not

working out, especially when I know that you want so badly to workout and

can't do what you're accustomed to doing. I think you're doing great, and

wish I could say the same! My contraints aren't physical and yet I just

can't seem to muster the energy to do Tae Bo. I know I would feel better if

I would just make myself do it. You hang in there! I have no doubt you'll

Tae Bo again! You're in my prayers.

I am so happy for you, ! Keep it up! Today I did 25 min. on the

Nordic Track (my maximum limit for the time being until the physical

therapist gives the OK to do more) and I actually sweated for 15 min.! I

never thought I would be so happy to sweat again, LOL! I am also enjoying

the TV-watching time working out on the skier is giving me.

After the first of the year, I'm going to do a 21 day challenge to get my

groove back. In the meantime, I'm just trying to get through each day,

hour by hour. My thoughts and prayers are with everyone having physical

and emotional problems. I love you guys! :-)
