After the first of the year, I'm going to do a 21 day challenge to get my

groove back. In the meantime, I'm just trying to get through each day,

hour by hour. My thoughts and prayers are with everyone having physical

and emotional problems. I love you guys! :-)

do it all. Of course something has to give now. When school break comes,

then you can get back into and ENJOY working out.

I hope the alarm clock works for you, Jill. When it gets overcast and I

consequently get depresses, I run around and turn on as many lights as I

can, especially overhead ones. It improves my mood. The doctor should have

some more (and better) ideas to. Good luck!

WooHoo! You go girl!! I'm so glad you're able to get some exercise! I take

for granted that I'll always be able to workout, and that may not be the

case. I need to get off my butt and just do it! LOL! I *am* going to get

back into a routine this week! No excuses! Great job on the workout Elena!!

Thanks, ! Your message made my day. I forget sometimes how much

effort I am putting in to get better. One thing I have learned, though, is

that missing a few workout outs (especially for important things, like

school, in your case) is not the end of the world. Our bodies are more

forgiving than our hearts sometimes. Any little exercise you can fit in now

is good for you.

Elena,

Do you do any special program on the Nordic Trak?

We have one and I have been incorporating it into my

exercise routine. I don't know of any specific things

to do on it other than set the timer and keep skiing

until it goes off. Is that what you do?

Yup, that's what I do. It's not the most stimulating workout, LOL. It's

very low impact, though, which makes it suitable for my rehabilltation. I

wish we had an eliptical machine, however. I like that one better.
