Hi ! Welcome to the group.

You made the right decision on ordering Tae Bo! It is an extremely

effective workout! It is very motivating and challenging, and you'll

find yourself being exciting before each workout session.

My advice would be to do the Instruction a couple of times and really

get a feel for what your form should be. Doing it correctly will

ensure you will get the best out of your workout and also prevent

injury. Most of all, just have fun and come to this board if you

have questions! :P

the live 4 pack, which comes with a great instructional, a terrific basic

tape, a moderate advanced tape, and an 8-min. tape. The live 4 pack has

real songs whereas the Get Ripped series has just instrumental music, if

that matters to you. You can get the live 4-pack from the official Taebo

website (www.taebo.com).

Maybe someone else here knows where you can buy it cheaper.

Sorry so slow...but WELCOME!! Its always exciting for us to meet with people

just starting out on their Taebo journey. I can think of very few fitness

programs that have had any staying power with people I know personally. Pretty

much Taebo and Weight Watchers (which go great together I am told.

I have been at this for several years. I injured my back (not during exercise)

so I am taking it easy by working out a few times week by walking and lifting

light weights. But as soon as I get the go ahead from my doctor, I plan on going

right back to Taebo, because nothing makes me feel so good and keeps me as

interested.

Welcome!

Thank you a!

I'm so sorry about your back,I hope you'll feel better

in no time:)

I want to thank you all,you guys are great. Thanks so

much for your advices,I appreciate it a lot.

But I have a question for you:))

Here in the UK only 5 taebo tapes can be found:((

1.Tae-Bo 1 & 2:the furure of fitness

2.Tae-bo gold

and Tae-Bo advanced

I've checked at www.taebo.com and there are so many

You guys recommended Get Ripped to me but I was

wondering are the videos in PAL format?

They have to be in zone 2 so that I can watch them

here. It's difficult for me to explain that better in

English but I think you know what I'm trying to say.

Can somebody answer that for me pleeeeeeease:)))

Thanks a lot
