it was great fun and from the exercise perspective isometric squeezes all day long while waiting in line. a little tip when you go on the one person tube rides use your tube handles to pull and squeeze for shoulder/chest muscles. i am sure ppl were wondering what the hell i was doing at some points b/c i would to barre pelvic tucks and ab squeezes but hey what are you doing staring at those parts of my body anyway? I just want to say I am so pleased Jessies operation went well. I have looked

at the photos and she is absolutely beautiful! Looks like a right cheeky little
