Nicci,

I find that motivation is directly proportional to the amount of cold and

snow in the winter... Maybe that's why you are more motivated!!! LOL

Janick

Jenn,

Your spirits are so up! That's wonderful!! Good luck with the surgery

tomorrow, and I will keep my fingers crossed for the Austin scenario. Then

you can keep an eye on " whatever-her-name-is. " hehehe

Sandy,

Have you ever been to a chiropractor? You might want to check with

folks in your area for recommendations. I think a good chiropractor

can do wonders.

Sandy, losing an additional pound is great, especially since you haven't

been able to do regular exercise and with all the stress of your

course. Pat yourself on the back, please.

Thanks to everybody for their congratulations!

Sandy, I don't know that I am doing much better than you are. I'm sure that

your 5 1/2 pounds is actually a greater percentage of body weight than my

weight loss. It's not just straight numbers, you know, and you are doing

fabulous!!

, you always have such positive and supportive things to say to

everybody. Thank you.

Elena, without you cheering for me on the sidelines, I wouldn't have made it

this far. Thank you, my friend, for being there when I needed somebody the

most.

You all may not realize this, but puts up with me in IMs just about

every day as I agonize over this stuff. Thanks for your congratulations and

your support, !

le, you are another person who has consitently been there for me.

Thank you so much.

, AmyK, Barb, , and Jenni...thanks to you guys too for your

congratulations!

I know this sounds like an academy award acceptance speech, but I wanted to

thank all of you and didn't want to inundate everybody with e-mails.

I agree with , along with just going to WW is a big

accomplishment and making that decision to change your eating habits!

It's hard.

Hi Nicci

I'm Chrissy, I joined the list about 2 weeks ago and am loving it here. I'm

from Pittsburgh Pennsylvania and 37 yrs old with 2 teenage daughters and a

wonderful hubby. I got the original Taebo tapes about a year ago and did

them off and on but just recently got hooked and now I don't seem to do any

other work outs these days. Sounds like a great fresh start for you, what

part of Fla did you move to? Good to meet you.
